Hermione has gone above and beyond this evening. My appointment was for a brow wax and tint. As usual Hermione has performed a miracle and I have beautiful brows again.
Also Hermione made time to repair / re-apply the nail varnish on my thumb which had lifted off earlier in the day. A very unexpected fix which I am delighted with. Thank you Hermione for going above and beyond. A star in the making.
