I had my nails done with Ciara today she did a beautiful job and really lovely to speak with. I have been coming to the salon for more years than I can remember but Belle was in primary school. Now, along with her colleagues, she looks after me. I had a lovely experience with getting my ears pierced by Sarah. She took her time to explain the procedure and mark out my piercings before actually doing them. Everything felt clean and it was very quick. Would definitely come back again and recommend.

Finally got to have a consultation with Sarah about my eyebrows. (I've had to keep cancelling).
Sarah was friendly and chatty so I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable.
Im having microblading done on my eyebrows so Sarah took me to a treatment room and quickly drew on what she thought would suit me best.
I was amazed at how precise and accurate she was.
Im going back on Wednesday to have the treatment done. Im very excited and looking forward to it as I trust Sarah to do a professional, flattering job.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while , I have visited Belle for about a year aswell as Sarah for brows, skincare and soon to be laser.
Belle is extremely professional and gently spoken , making you feel relaxed whilst in her care . Attention to detail is something Belle is good at , every treatment I've had done has been carried out to the highest standard.
Sarah did my brows the first time I visited her and I've had 12 months of compliments . Along with belles wax and tint I am often asked where I get my brows done and of course , the only place you should do -BWS !
In the recent months I've had some trouble with my skin due to hormones , I'm now into a week of using a full Alumier skincare routine after an in depth consultation with Sarah and it has minimised 50%.
I tend to visit the salon maybe three times a month and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else . I have a variety of treatments and I rarely leave without buying a product , the sleep masks are to die for !. All of the girls are welcoming and professional and you can see customer service is at the front of Sarahs vision.
