Both Lily and I had never had Danielle before , she was absolutely lovely and did a great job for which I thanks her ,I’ll be back for a colour x

It’s a lovely experience from the moment you walk through the door. Receptionist are very welcoming to the shampooist and the main part , the stylist. Helen is always wonderful and chatty which makes me feel relaxed. She always does such a beautiful job of my hair ,and although hair grows my style never seems to grow out ☺️ she’s amazing. I’m always left feeling very happy when I leave.

Had a very lovely morning being pampered and looked after by Danielle. Lovely hair wash, and hard massage from very lovely smiley girl (sadly forgotten her name). Thoroughly looked after, constantly offered coffee and smiles from every one. Offered excellent adivice in colour, Danielle has impeccable taste. She suggested an update to the cut of my hair and I left looking much more updated with very natural blond hair and a very stylish bob. Lovely atmosphere, kind and caring staff. Always feel like I’ve spent time with friends. LOVE jo and Cass. They’ve been looking after me for about 30 years now and just keep getting better.

Faye somehow takes my incoherent ideas and turns them into the haircut I wanted. She listens, suggests options- perhaps just a tiny bit more off? - and delivers.

Natalie is such a fantastic stylist, she's so knowledgeable and client-led in her advice, my delicate curly hair is in very good hands with her.

This was my first appointment with ruby after using the same beauty therapist for years.and having to change because our working hours clashed. I was a bit nervous at first having somebody else do my eyebrows and lashes but Ruby was lovely and I will definitely be booking regular appointments with her.

Having had some uncomfortable salon experiences in the past, I was pretty nervous to speak openly about my wants and needs. The receptionist, Stephanie was super helpful and made me feel listened to without judgement. The stylist Andrew that she paired me with was incredible! Definitely a safe space to express what you want without the fear of being laughed at or judged. Would definitely return.
