Lois is not on the list to choose but she did a great job. My hair style feels fresh and new, I love the colours and she was friendly and helped me decide what I wanted to do with it despite me being indecisive x

Booked apt., for my elderly Mum, who was extremely well looked after by both Hannah and the lady who washed her hair ( sorry, name not known )

Lovely guy but the whole experience wasnt fantastic. He didn't chop anything off the top at all which wasn't great. And the advice afterwards was very rushed and he obviously wanted to get the appointment done with asap

I was fortunate to get an appt on the day as there was a cancellation. I had a new hairdresser as my regular one was not available. The cut was true to what my regular cutter would do but also had its own flair. Friendly and very professional. Very happy!

GREAT experience from start to finish, so much nicer than other salons I've been too and so relaxing. Faye is so lovely and did a fantastic job!

I have been going to Jo and Cass for 20 years. Graham cuts my hair and I always leave the salon totally satisfied with the result. It is always a pleasure to attend the salon. The staff are very friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rachel did my cut(name not on select) always polite, listen to how I want hair done with confidence. Always makes me feel comfortable and drink always asks..

Danielle coloured my hair and Graham did the cut. Very happy with both. Danielle suggested a pink toner for a change of look. This turned out lovely, pleased with my visit.

Had my hair styled by Graham who always does a fantastic job. When I say I recently moved south yet still come to Jo and Cassyou will know how highly I rate not only Graham but the whole salon. A lovely experience..

Please note I already spoke to the assistant manager (Holy?) yesterday so I am just repeating what I have already mentioned in person. This was a birthday present from my husband and confirmed some of the suspicions I’ve had with the last three facials that I’ve had at jo and cass in the past year I feel the treatments are rushed (treatment 50mins instead of 1 hr 15) with much less attention to detail and care for the individual client. Yesterdays treatment felt particularly rushed and stressful…not helped by the fact the therapist had VERY long finger nails which I felt throughout the treatment and prevented her from working with the detail and care that is essential for neck and facial work. At the end of the treatment I was not offered any water (pretty standard after a treatment for rehydration) and just left to make my own way out. It sounds horrible but I felt like an inconvenience and I was pretty upset (after having years of the kind of care Emma used to provide). It was definitely not worth the price it cost and I’d ideally like to see my husband refunded the cost of the treatment.

Danielle was amazing as usual. She makes me feel welcomed, valued and gives me excellent advise. She leaves my hair looking naturally blond and beautifully cut. She really looks after me and I’m starting to view her as a friend.

She did my hair exactly how I wanted. She would redo anything as many times as I liked until I was satisfied with the outcome, it was a really nice experience and she was very helpful and accommadating. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come again!

I have always felt a million dollars when l have had my hair cut and styled with Graham. The .experience at Jo&Cass is always relaxed, happy , personal. and the experience makes you feel very special and the only person in the room . The standards are second to none. I have been coming toJo&Cass for 40 years and would never dream of going anywhere else as the standard here is unbeatable

I love coming to Faye, she offers advice on care and style as well as calmly and efficiently performing magic. I was passed to Ruby for nails who was also lovely. A young hairdresser washed my hair and she responded to my suggestions, about heat and pressure. Thankyou everyone concerned. All of you are assets to Jo and Cass.

Helen was amazing! First time she has done my hair and I’m in love with it! Would definitely recommend her to others.

Chelene is an excellent beautician - she has healing hands! I love the way she is so sensitive to your need for quiet relaxation. She is gentle and efficient- and remembers all your details about skin type and sensitivity. I would thoroughly recommend her.

No time pressure or chatting to others it’s a on to one experience.
The lady who washed my hair was lovely and carried out a head massage which was lovely.
Would definitely recommend especially if you’re more elderly and nervous about going to a big salon..
