Always a lovely experience. The salon is welcoming as are the receptionists. Faye is a lovely and much experienced stylist in whom I have complete confidence.

As always, a great cut and care. Hot water bottle provided as an extra treat!

Liam is always professional and very friendly and lets me know if he has any ideas to maintain my hair colour longer. He never goes ahead without asking my permission first.

Getting my hair cut at Jo & Cass in Lancaster is like a spa day - I walk out feeling like a million dollars! The massage chair and head massage that comes with having your hair washed almost sent me to sleep, and the salon decor is glamorous and so stylish. Andrew is both professional and friendly and I have been delighted with my hair after both my visits so far.

Hannah is so warm, friendly and very welcoming. She is very professional and advises in a lovely way. She always gets my colour spot on (it’s never looked so good). I also noticed the way she treats other staff members is with kindness and respect. I’m always so happy with my cuts. I highly recommend Hannah she is an all round wonderful stylist.

Holly was absolutely brilliant, she fitted me in last minute as Natalie was off sick. She was very knowledgeable about products for my hair type and did not make me feel embarrassed about my dry scalp, which has previous made me avoid booking appointments. She cut and styled my hair lovely, continuously checking what I wanted but also using her own experience to advise me. 100% would visit with Holly again.
