Absolutely great stylist and very chatty too! Made sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted

I have problem hair and allopecia. Vicky always know how to do my hair so that it looks it’s best. I rely on her expert opinion for the style and the colour and she has never got it wrong.

Mathew listened to what I wanted and discussed options. He’s easy to chat to.

Jess Hargate knows exactly how to deal with my hair and always styles it amazingly. Normally she also washes my hair the way I like but due to time this was done by Sienna. She was also great and washed my hair really well, complimented with a head massage!

My hair is always left super smooth and my bouncy blow dry looks great even days after- Jess also has thick hair like mine which is why I trust her to do an excellent job. I used to leave salons with damp roots due to the stylist not understanding my needs. Thankfully I’ve found my match!

Excellent service from all the team and Liam was amazing! He really listened to what I wanted and exceeded expectations.

I travel an hour and half for my appointments and have been coming since the salon opened, I’m never disappointed.
This time I was a bit nervous because I have recently started with psoriasis on my scalp but desperately wanted my root touch up and highlights.!
I spoke with Hannah before hand and she was amazing, checking my scalp beforehand and frequently during treatment,, the result was lovely and I felt like a new woman !!Thank you Hannah! X

I absolutely love my stylist, no one has been able to cut my hair style the way she does. I get stopped by people in the street all the time asking me where I have my hair cut. She is the best stylist I’ve ever had and I’m 57! Not only is she an amazing stylist, she is great company too. Win win!

I had not been in a salon for years as a friend has always done my hair so trying somewhere new can be quiet scary letting someone else loose who’s never done my hair before . My experience from walking in your salon to leaving well I couldn’t of asked for more I was so pleased with the end result and I will be back !!

I came into the salon today as a new client and was recommended Aly todo my hair. She’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, she made me feel a million dollars. She recommended new colours to me and gave me great advise about what products I should be using. I’ve never had a hairdresser mention a face shape before. I was blown away.

I've been coming to Jo & Cass for 21 years and every time it is a lovely, relaxing experience . Even to my annual glass of champagne at Christmas, everything is done to make you feel good & have a pleasurable experience. All staff are always happy and welcoming. Paige is amazing. I have full head highlights, she uses several colours and takes time & care always checking I'm happy with the result. The cut is always superb.

Yesterday was my forst visit,From walking through the door your staff greeted me with a smile,,took me to reception and hung my coat up,,everyone was so relaxed and gave a warm welcome, the reclining chair and massager was amazing as was the head massage,, I was offered a drink and a magazine whilst Danielle cleared up after her last client,,the whole experience was great ,,I booked another appointment before leaving, thank you all so much,,your salon and staff are a credit to you
