Nice atmosphere in the salon, made to feel welcome by all staff. Lois was very professional, personable and I was really pleased with my hair. I’d not had a colour in the salon before so I appreciated Lois’ humility when she checked with her colleague about which colour to use. The cut was fantastic and I felt that my root coverage was more thorough than I’d had at my previous salon. Very nice experience and I booked in with Lois again in another 6 weeks.

I visited Jo & Cass for the first time yesterday to have a cut and finish, being quite skeptical and a little bit worried as anyone would going to a new Salon, I was soon put at ease when walking through the door. The staff are lovely! and very welcoming and the Salon itself is beautiful. I am so happy that I chose Jade too, she is very professional, friendly and you can tell she has heaps of experience, I was so impressed that I have now booked in my colour to be done with her. Great experience from start to finish! P.s thank you to the girl who washed my hair too (apologies I didn't get her name) the head massage was lovely! :). Would highly recommend!

I recently switched to hairdresser Danielle following my previous one due to change of working hours, Danielle has spent time getting to know me and my hair, after a few recommendations to stop my hair from getting dry on the ends and tips on really good maintenance it has changed within 7 months.
