Everyone was very pleasant and friendly as always.

I always look forward to my visits to Jo & Cass. The reception staff are always very welcoming. The young man who washed my hair was very polite, friendly and professional. Holly is always so kind and friendly. She always listens to me and gives me great advice about how to look after my hair. Well done everyone!

Danielle has been doing my hair for a little while now. She is absolutely fab. I trust her to make my hair look amazing every time! Even with the limited explanation I always give her of what I roughly want she always manages to meet that and more! Excellent experience with her and in the salon in general. Staff are all lovely, complimentary drinks whilst you’re having your hair done and very efficient.
This is the best salon I’ve ever been to!

Emma on the beauty team was lovely! She was very easy to talk to and attentive. I had a lash tint and eyebrow shape, which all went fine. I was happy with the results and her professionalism. I came away feeling very relaxed for the start of my holidays!

Stylist not on list- Michelle. Shes gave me just the choooy cut I asked for and was really knowledgeable about using a toner to tone down the blonde dye whilst I transition to grey. Couldn’t fault the service. The whole experience of this hairdressers was lovely.

Normally I always have Graham but as Graham was off. Matthew and Holly did my hair. Fantastic I love my hair. Holly certainly knows what she's talking about when it comes to colour.
