Taken the time to help me get the colours right after having a bad experience with a different hair salon I lost my confidence and only a few days until my son wedding Matthew cut my hair into a very nice style and Holly B sorted out my colours they made me feel good and gave me the confidence to trust again the colours are wonderful I left with a smile on my face I can not thank them enough they did a fantastic job

As always, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Holly did a fine job of cutting my hair and the young lady that shampooed my hair was lovely.

I love my time at J&C Lancaster. Every time the stylists go above and beyond but on this occasion I was on the clock and needed to be out by a certain time.
