I had my highlights done yesterday,the colourist was Danielle,who is excellent can really recommend her, very knowlegible about colour.The stylist was Graham the owner who is a brilliant cutter and stylist,would not go anywhere else!!

Always bright and cheerful and nothing is too much trouble for Paige. She always dies an excellent job

Hair highlighted and cut by LUCY. Great advice given on colour and very pleased with the final result. Lucy is very friendly and it was great chatting whilst she did my hair. Always treated very well in the salon, lovely young man made me a coffee and was very friendly and polite. Highly recommend.

Been seeing Lyndsey for years, she has always done a great job. Normally have a colour and cut, and she gives me loads of advice.

I went into the salon saying I have never felt “blonde enough” and I feel like it doesn’t matter how many highlights I get, I just never have that bright, creamy butter blonde that I’m after. Alfie sorted. me. out. They took so much care to make sure I got exactly what I wanted despite being so clearly busy that day. 10/10 service. I will never go elsewhere again.

David is always very good which is why I keep on making the over 100 mile trip to have my hair cut by him!

On this last occasion I was inadvertently late (10mins) and he was so kind about it even though I am well aware of the consequences on his later clients.

Found Hollie C to be very professional. Brought my extensions in for a colour change ready to have them put in for my holidays in 2 weeks, Wasn’t book in to have them put in but Hollie kindly put them in and tidied up my hair. Thanks Hollie , very happy customer.

I wish I had the hair I had before my appointment! I was happy with my color and cut, so I basically wanted the same again (my usual hairdresser wasn’t available). Unfortunately the stylist persuaded me to have different colors and left my hair far too light and over-processed. She then cut all my layers too short and messed up the style too. I have been elsewhere to improve on the cut but the condition will take months to improve. So upset! Been going to Jo & Cass for years but I won’t go there again now.

Came for my nails with Yarna who is the best nail lady in Lancaster and Morecambe.

Very pleased with not only my haircut but with my daughter’s haircut. Loved how the salon had a children section as well, my little girl was so happy. It was also our first time coming to this salon and will be coming again for our next one!

A young apprentice washed and dried my hair today I think her name was Charlotte she was 16 years old, her customer service skills were absolutely amazing she sold me a treatment which is the first time in a long time I've had this happen in my opinion this should happen at every appointment one it's good for the hair and boosts income for the business maybe offer an incentive to the young ones. Charlotte blew me away with her whole attitude and she constantly engaged in conversation
Lucy did my colour and was again was very professional and engaged with me at every opportunity.

Graham is the sexiest man alive!

I came in with the most botched-job haircut and grown out roots, with my blonde having gone a little brassy as well. I planned to save a bit of money by just getting the roots touched up with full head highlights, and not get a cut. But as soon as I sat down in the chair, I had so much trust in Mia to do an amazing job - she was full of knowledge and immediately had suggestions and ideas that really gave me confidence in her.

I ended up going for a balayage instead, and letting her have a go at somewhat fixing the hack cut. She genuinely did an incredible job, I honestly left feeling like a new person with my confidence back.

The balayage was more expensive than the highlights, but I'm so happy with how it came out - Mia suggested it after I mentioned I liked to keep my hair as low maintenance as possible, and I'm so glad! It looks so much cleaner than before, and the blonde toner she picked out is just perfect. The way she made the haircut actually look so much cuter blows my mind, I literally laughed and went "how did you do that so easily?". She made sure I was okay with everything she did before she did it, and even though she made loads of suggestions, she made sure I got the final say on what I wanted.

All the staff were so friendly and had the cutest outfits! The shop has a really fancy yet relaxing vibe, it was a nice place to chill whilst my foils were in. I was offered a hot drink, I went with soya milk hot chocolate and it was lovely. Also, one of the most comfortable wash basin experiences even though I was there for a while with the toner sat in - usually my neck is in so much pain, but it wasn't something I noticed here.

Overall such a good experience after previously being scared off from letting stylists near my hair. Will definitely be coming back again, even if it is on the higher end price-wise, as I know I'll be leaving with hair that makes me feel amazing!

It was Amazing, the best massage I have ever had. It was smooth and relaxing with just the right amount of pressure.

Absolutely amazing. I went in for a full restyle but was unsure what I wanted. She advised me of options and showed me how it would look throughout the process. Furthermore she showed me how to style it myself. I couldn’t be happier with the cut.
