Had a fabulous salon experience! I love seeing Danielle! She’s so knowledgable and keeps my hair in amazing condition! She always gives me excellent advice and keeps my hair looking naturally blond and in perfect shiny soft condition. People always ask where I had my hair done! Go to Danielle if you want natural looking blond with a lovely flattering cut!

Nice atmosphere in the salon, made to feel welcome by all staff. Lois was very professional, personable and I was really pleased with my hair. I’d not had a colour in the salon before so I appreciated Lois’ humility when she checked with her colleague about which colour to use. The cut was fantastic and I felt that my root coverage was more thorough than I’d had at my previous salon. Very nice experience and I booked in with Lois again in another 6 weeks.

I visited Jo & Cass for the first time yesterday to have a cut and finish, being quite skeptical and a little bit worried as anyone would going to a new Salon, I was soon put at ease when walking through the door. The staff are lovely! and very welcoming and the Salon itself is beautiful. I am so happy that I chose Jade too, she is very professional, friendly and you can tell she has heaps of experience, I was so impressed that I have now booked in my colour to be done with her. Great experience from start to finish! P.s thank you to the girl who washed my hair too (apologies I didn't get her name) the head massage was lovely! :). Would highly recommend!

Hannah always has the time and enthusiasm to help with decisions. She has been doing my hair for a number of years and has really understood what my hair needs and knows how to work her magic on it. I went to see Natalie for the first time and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Natalie listened to what I asked for and fully understood. She was very efficient, attentive and a lovely person.
