A lady called Leanne cut and blow dried my shockingly long covid hair ! ! !
My experience at Salon Rachel Anne was excellent ! ! ! !
Leanne is very friendly, helpful and caring.
She was very patient with my significant mobility impairment. I also had good conversation and a laugh.
If you want this kind of experience and a great haircut, my experience says ... Give them a chance.

I have had a full head colour and cut and I couldn't be happier. The colour has come out exactly how I wanted it and its so vibrant. The cut is perfect and fringe not too short as mine goes funny when it is. Absolutely over the moon and can't wait to show it off.

I don’t think I’ve ever left Salon Rachel Anne and not been happy! I went last week, was impressed with the changes and efforts the team have made in light of the COVID crisis. Leanne as always has made me feel fab with the new cut, my hair is a pain and she just gets it and somehow tames it every time! Would highly recommend!!

Long overdue cut after lockdown. Superb experience as usual and a great job by Cerys. All the staff were wearing appropriate PPE and making sure clients were distanced. Great stuff

As Always service outstanding. From you walk in the door made to feel special. Rachel takes time to find out what colour you would like hairstyle you want and if you are not sure she talk things through with you. Salon is very plush. Well done keep up good work xxx

As usual the friendliness and atmosphere plus cleanliness is always the same. This morning was extra so as Rachel is under great stress at the moment with her wedding this coming weekend and with the virus not knowing how things are going to work out by the end of the week. Made to feel relaxed as you walk in, and a relaxing experience.
