Great experience. Leanne is special, and did a great cut and dry for me, as she always does. She is great to talk to and is so friendly, welcoming and puts me at ease. Roxanne just as friendly and good to talk to, even though I wasn't her client. A great 'team' all round!
I struggle with a severe disability, yet they are instinctively so very helpful and accommodating.
In truth, I enjoy having my hair cut at Rachel Anne's. I cannot rate them highly enough.

My first visit to this salon, following a skin test a couple of days earlier. Lovely friendly staff. Had bleached highlights and toner and was very happy with the colour and the cut. Would recommend and will definitely go back.

You are looked after from the minute you walk through the door. Offered so many coffees throughout the morning.Staff all chat & very happy in there jobs. Staff can't do enough for you . Every time I come to Salon Rachel Anne, I leave smiling. The girls are all so friendly. I have hair that likes to misbehave but Leanne knows exactly how to tame it and how to cut it so it’s not a pain to manage. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Chloe has just done an amazing cut on my daughters very long hair to very short and she is thrill. Wouldn’t take my girls anywhere else.

Leanne completely transformed my hair from boring brown to beautiful blonde ombre to help blend in the dreaded greys. I'm so happy with the result. The atmosphere is so friendly and I won't be going to any other salons from now on. Thankyou ladies!

Fab salon all round: have had cuts with all the stylists and they're all great, excellent advice on colour/style without judgement on bad box colours, reasonable prices for the quality of service, and they go out of their way to find a convenient appointment even at short notice. I travel 10 miles to go here because it's worth it! Highly recommended

Have had my hair done here for years. Rachel is brilliant and all the staff are always professional and friendly. Getting her hair cut here is also one of my little girl’s favourite things! Would recommend to anyone.
