A close friend recommended Rachel to me and I have been a happy customer here for many years. I am always greeted warmly and offered a hot drink. It is such a warm and friendly atmosphere. I regularly get asked where I get my hair done which is not only a great compliment to myself but to my hairdresser Rachel. I have never had a bad cut and colour and would highly reccomend Rachel

I always feel welcome and the salon has a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

I'm really fussy about who cuts my hair and when I find someone who does a great job I stick with them. I've tried lots of places since moving to Lancaster (including the super pricy ones) and nowhere was a good as here. As well as a great stylish cut the ladies are lovely and not at all pretentious. It's my regular place of choice now.

Brilliant bunch that work there, always having a laugh and a chuckle while giving a professional standard of service. Always makes you feel comfortable. Excellent service brilliant cuts and colours. Will defiantly recomand them to friends and family

I was extremely nervous before going to see Rachel. Rachel quickly made me feel welcome and calmed my nerves. The salon was busy but extremely well managed on such a busy day of the year. I was made a lovely coffee and given a magazine to read while my colour develpoed. It was a lovely chatty calm experience today. All the ladies were lovely and polite. I will be back again. Thank you so much Rachel for being so lovely i love my new cut and colour xx

Always love going to Rachel anne’s It’s like walking into your best mates house for a brew. The girls are so friendly and always up for a good chat. Leanne my hairdresser is great and on the couple of occasions where she’s not been available for me the other ladies have been just as amazing. Been through quite a journey in this salon and they all get together and give great advise and help you make good choices. Rachel Leanne Roxanne and cloe are really welcoming and know their stuff. Would never go anywhere else now. Found my hairdresser for life

Mostly done with clippers but finished of professional with the use of scissors. Always a good cut.

I came in today for a trim and I don’t like to complain but I was disappointed in the result. My fringe is uneven and and has gaps in it and the back of my hair isn’t straight.

Used the service of Rachel and her team for years now. Leanne, as always has just done a great job of my hair, yet again. It is always a very friendly and cheerful experience, with the team also being so helpful.
If you are new to Lancaster and Morecambe, or just never been to Salon RA, give them a try, you wont regret it.

I’ve been going to Salon Rachel Anne for quite some time now, and every time I leave with a smile. All the staff really know what they’re talking about and take the time to listen to what the client wants. My hair feels fresh and new every time I go.

Rachel is such lovely lady. She makes her customers feel at home . You are looked after from minute you walk in door. It's always been the same as l have been going here for 7 years now love it. Lovely coffee is made for you. Could not ask for anything better keep up the good work.
