Greeted by the lovely Dana on reception and then a smiling Emily shows me through to my seat. Emily always checks what were doing with my hair and never assumes. The salon is buzzing with clients the team are working long hours to fit us all in but you would never know as they all buzz around smiling and chatting. I've got my hot drink and magazines and then an offer of a mince pie, this salon knows how to make you feel special. Elegant christmas decor, fab atmosphere and my hair is making me feel like I'm finally ready for the festive season. I went in cold with hair that was making me feel like a witch and came out warm on the inside and glowing on the outside. Emily you are a joy to catch up with and you totally understand me and my crazy hair. My Christmas curls thank you xx

Gina did my toner and it was a superb even colour. Emily blow dried me, and it was smooth & voluminous. Lovely!
I always have a lovely salon experience at No77. All of the stylists & trainees are skilled and I always feel confident in their cutting, colouring & styling advice. Nothing is too much trouble, the pampering & customer service is the best.

I visited today for my pre wedding colour and cut. Emily was absolutely brilliant, she got my hair to the colour I wanted, persevering with my mega hair! She went above and beyond, giving me products to use until my wedding to maintain the colour. Thank you very much Emily!

Love coming to No 77, Emily always does my hi lites exactly how I like them the colour is always perfect . It’s the little things that makes the whole visit better, like always remembering what drink I have even though I only visit a few times a year for my colour, this is definitely the only hairdressers I’d use, thank you

I had a real change today. Colour and restyled. Vicky helped me choose the best colour for my skin tone and more to my true colour with some highlights. I'm so glad she talked me out of the colour I had in mind as it would have been far too dark for me. Great advice! Love it! Thanks Vicky see you in December
