Couldn't have asked for a nicer person to do my daughter first hair cut at the salon with her having epilepsy she worries alot over the little things and he made her feel so relaxed and welcome. She left feeling very pretty and special thank you we will be back xx

I recently moved to No77 Creative Hair and I am glad I did. Olivia has done my colour, cut and blow dry numerous times, and I can’t fault her. She is so attentive, and always adapts to please (as I am quite a fussy customer). My 8 year old daughter has also had her hair cut with Olivia who is brilliant with her, puts her at ease and promotes a conversation which is not always easy with children but she finds that common ground and goes with it. Would definitely recommend Olivia, and the salon, great atmosphere, customer focused, and great service.

Today was my first time visiting the salon, and I had booked in with Nic for a cut and finish.

I’ve felt somewhat trepidatious in going to certain salons over the past 2 years because more often than not, I’m left feeling quite awkward, partly due to being AuDHD. Nic was attentive and made me feel at ease; I felt that there was the right amount of balance with interaction.

My only critique would be that when having my hair washed, the basin was causing me quite a bit of discomfort in my neck, and I just needed the massage to be slightly less vigorous due to problems I experience with Trigeminal Neuralgia. I probably should have been more transparent about this problem.

Overall, it was a really good experience and Nic did a nice job of my hair; I’d definitely book in with her again.

As usual, Steven was absolutely brilliant, cut and colour and a good chat...best hair stylist I've ever had. Thankyou, see you soon.

I had such a bad experience in this hair salon, botched my hair colour as well as my cut and made me look like I have a mushroom on my head. Not blended in the layers, randomly cut pieces and just an overall bad experience with a high price tag. Not going to be going here again. The hairdresser was rude to me and also the staff.

As usual Steven did a superb job of coloring and styling my hair. He's such a lovely, patient person too.

Always a good experience

From having my consultation to finishing my hair Olivia was amazing. She was thoughtful, respectful, completely professional and, for such a young age, very knowledgeable. I will 100% book with Olivia age.

As always Nic is a marvel, listened to my suggestion for a new style and created just what I had in mind. Always a pleasant appointment with Nic.

I visited the salon this morning for a cut and finish. I always struggle with my hair due to the thickness of it however Steven has worked wonders. My hair feels so much healthier and lighter and I’m enjoying wearing it down again, it is the perfect length for my new job and Steven took his time and paid attention to the little details and made it look perfect.

Been having my hair done with Nic for a good few years now, and she never disappoints, she’s lovely, she knows exactly what I want and always achieve’s the results I’m looking for. You really get looked after as well, the best cappuccino’s going, always checking up on you and making you feel welcome. I have to say the best bit about the appointment is when Nic washes your hair, it’s like having a head massage, you feel amazing after it, I just wish I could skip the waiting and have my hair washed for hours, anyway, top salon, top staff and I just love Nic, she’s the bomb xx

This was our first time at the salon today and my daughter was having a cut and style.
Liv was super friendly and my daughter’s hair looks fabulous.
We will both be back

I had a cut, top perm and dry. I am happy with the perm on the top section of my head but she only put one roller in the top of the side of my hair. She has left straight uneven cut hair at the sides and back of my head. In my opinion she could have permed these straight bits which would make it look far better. She had hay fever which she couldn't help. She blew her nose twice without washing her hands before touching my hair and equipment. The young girl went to get my stylist when she was rinsing my perm off cos a roller had come out, she put it back in and said to the girl it doesn't matter if it comes out again don't worry about it !! Not what I want to hear when it is costing me £ 86.00 of my hard earned money. Seems very dear to just have a dozen perm rollers in, and it not be right. When she finished she never showed me the back of my hair just showed me to the till area. Considering I have had bad hairdressers previously I thought for the price I've paid for my hair that your salon would have got my hair right. Most disappointed

Liv did an amazing job with my colour and Steve with the toner and cut, at one point I had the 2 of drying my hair together, I felt very special.

We had a lovely hour, liv made my daughter v comfortable.
We both loved our shampoo also, so relaxing xx

My stylist was Andrea who doesn't appear on the list above. She made me feel very relaxed and seemed to understand my hair type well I.

My hairdresser was Andrea but she's not on the list. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and did exactly what I asked for. Definitely coming back.

Brilliant service. She did a fab job. My only issue I that when I book these appointments online, the price is lower. I paid £40 today but was expecting £30. Last time, I paid £30 but was expecting £26.

A lovely relaxing couple of hours in a beautiful salon, having my hair cut and coloured. Lots of coffee and the latest magazines and a great cut and colour.
