Haven’t been for a few years but decided I was missing the luxury experience of Jo & Cass., The massage chairs and head massage, great music and magazines! Not to mention the great atmosphere with the lovely staff. Especially my stylist Nicole who I felt I jelled with straight away! I had a wonderful experience, great hair do and left feeling a million dollars! ???

The Salon it's self is well designed, with a full view of Morecambe bay. Sleek curving display wall and reception desk that flows nicely into the heart of the salon where the magic happens.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, its a very relaxed atmosphere with a touch of elegance. Perfect lighting at each station, the wash area has reclining massage chairs that you could happily fall asleep in while your hair is being massaged with luxurious products.
Connor listened to what I was wanting but was confident to advise me if he thought something else would look better. He made me feel relaxed and never rushed. I had a full colour and restyle that took around 4 hours as I had very thick hair and although it took longer than expected I was prioritized over his next client. I was offered umpteen drinks throughout.(and the magazines were up to date one) my transition was amazing, I'd walked in feeling dull and lifeless and walked out feeling like a queen. I was even given a little bag of mini products to take home. It was a little pricey but it's been 5 years since I've been to a hairdresser and the service was star quality! Thank you Connor!

Brilliant, I love my cut and style

We booked in with Louise for my daughter (9 years old) to have her first proper salon experience and she was amazing! She listened to everything she wanted, made her feel like her opinion was valued and I left with the happiest girl who felt like a princess! Thankyou Louise!

I have been coming to the salon for years. I love the atmosphere, the varied drinks available, especially the new summer drinks menu. The only criticism is the last few times I have visited, I have stood waiting at reception for some time before anyone realised I was there! Despite this minor grumble, I wouldn't go anywhere else

I had an appointment with Louise, She was lovely and I was delighted with my finished cut and style. She made sure I was comfortable and nothing was too much trouble.

She was friendly and knowledgeable and I have already booked another appointment.

I'm one of those people who don't really like having my hair cut. I realised that a big part of that is that I usually find having my hair washed to be a painful ordeal. Not here, it's really comfortable and actually enjoyable - massage chair and recliner with my feet up. Lizz is great to because she seems to understand why I'm a bit anxious, and she remembered me after a year ?

Always made to feel special at Jo and Cass, from the reclining back massage chairs to the head massage and speciality drinks always offered, can't praise my stylist Connor enough, very friendly, professional and always listens to how I want my hair styled. and does a fabulous job. Also very forgiving when I have chopped at my fringe at home! ?

So I live in Somerset but I’m up in Morecambe every month and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else to have my hair cut or coloured. Reasonable prices, lovely friendly staff. Nicole cuts and styles my hair exactly how I like it everytime. It’s certainly worth a visit to the Morecambe salon!

I had Louise to cut my hair I always ask for her she is such a lovely girl with very good customer care I don't walk very well and use a walker she is always patient with me and makes me feel at ease. I am very happy with my haircut and style she pays attention to little details like layers because I have thick hair I always get compliments on it. Her name isn't on the drop down list but I would like to mention her on here
