Had the most amazing results from my colour appointment yesterday, despite asking for the impossible! Can't recommend them enough!

I made my appointment at 3.30 and was kindly fitted in within the hour. I have a lot of unruly curly ish hair. Nicole fitted me in stayed long after 6 regrowth highlights cut and dry later -I’m very happy!

Really amazing how you can fix hair... was looked after from the start to the finish.polite .professional. friendly.

Great service as always

Yesterday was the first time Talia had done my hair and I didn't know what to expect. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Talia was lovely, attentive and very professional. She gave me some great advice about my hair and I would definitely go back. The most surprising thing was the blow dry, I usually dislike having a blow dry as never happy with the result but I really liked the way my hair looked at the end.

As always, so pleased with my hair. Katie is amazing and knows exactly what will look good. So professional and friendly.

My usual stylist is away on maternity leave so I took the plunge and tried a new stylist. Lauren was lovely gave great advice about the choice of style & created just what I wanted. She was lovely, professional & kind. I left feeling so much better than I did when I walked in.

Great service, comfortable and clean. Louise was great, I let her know how I wanted my hair blow dry and what the occasion was and she made sure it looked just as I asked for. ??

My hair really needed a re-vamp and Kate was amazing . She helped me choose my colours and was really helpful . I was so pleased with my haircut and colours. I found Katie experienced, personable and very welcoming. I hadn't a clue what to do with my hair, she gave me great options and really helped me. After she had finished, I absolutely loved my hair and they were all her suggestions. I'll definitely be coming back to Katie and Jo & Cass again. Thankyou so much

I felt a bit rushed. I seemed to be out side before my hair was properly dry.

I had a lovely welcome upon arrival. It is a lovely touch to be offered refreshments whist waiting.
Lizzie styled my hair. I was very impressed with the care and attention she took when styling.
There was just enough chat too. I hate all the clichéd questions which some hairdressers go through when doing my hair.
Lizzie is friendly and professional. I will be back.

Perfect and Refreshed

I was seen by Nicole, she was very tentative and spent plenty of time ensuring my ideas were listened to and my hair was styled well both straight and blow dried. I am really happy with my results and the head massage was a lovely touch too. Overall a really great atmosphere and experience, I’ll definitely be booking again!

I have tried other salons locally but it never felt like a treat. You always get a walk welcome at Jo and Cass and I've always been very happy with the results.

This was my second visit to Jo & Cass Morecambe and I was again satisfied with the whole service. Katie C is lovely, professional and really good and what she does. The salon is relaxed, bubbly and has a great atmosphere. I have found my new favourite salon and will be staying put.

Been a customer for many years and had a number of Stylists in that time but Connor is my regular now . The whole salon atmosphere is bright, modern, stylish, always gleamingly clean. All staff are friendly, professional and efficient from the top to the juniors . Even when the salon is obviously busy you never feel like you are being rushed . While stylists move between clients I never feel neglected and when being passed from stylists to juniors for shampooing etc the transitions feel seamless and staff are informed of the senior stylist and customers needs . Although you could get treatments cheaper elsewhere, Jo N Cas Morecambe all certainly worth the money for the service and treatment you receive . Excellent job Team !
