I wouldn’t firstly like to apologise as you’re experience did not meet your expectations.
We would however like to explain why these issues weren’t met and why you may feel your hair is damaged. As your are a medium brown. In consultation you explained that your hair was patchy from bleaching it yourself at home. When you visited your stylist strategically lightened your long regrowth, she also lightened the patches of natural hair you missed at the back of your head. This service was charged at £52.00 an extra £5 to a regrowth tint to cover extra product to do so. Then you had a toner. This service cleans up your warmth to achieve your bright blonde. This isnt a damaging service to your hair. This service is £28. You refused a trim which we always recommend to cut off any split & broken ends.
On consultation, our stylist booked you in an additional appointment to have the blue in as this wasn't possible to do all on the day.
Your objectives were a subtle blue tone in thick pieces throughout your blonde. If this colour was not to your liking we would be happy to take the blue out for you and credit you with the price you paid of the blue. However you did message us to remove the blue it but only after you tried to remove it yourself with an colour remover and failing. Putting further damage to your hair.
I do feel this review is unjust and posting your review anonymously I thought you would prefer me to response on here instead of call. We will never want to make any of our clients feel unhappy. I am still willing to resolve this matter in way of a refund of your second colour service, if you would like to get in touch.
