Saks Hair Poulton

Rachelle has been doing my hair for just under a year now. My hair was beyond damaged and the colour was never right, approaching my wedding next April I’ve been having sleepless nights worrying about my hair but NOT anymore!! With Rachelles help and advice from Sarah I’m finally seeing a difference, it’s feeling thicker and softer and I’m in love with the colour ??

As a fairly new client to the salon I can honestly say that I have felt so comfortable and welcomed on every visit. All the staff are so friendly and it’s a lovely atmosphere to relax and have your hair done. I feel really confident in the stylists abilities to do my hair in the way that I want it. Thank you to Sarah and the team, as always. Sarah is the best hairdresser for me. She is extremely knowledgable, creative and attentive. She also explains everything to me so I can understand, such as showing me how to use certain products, style my hair etc. Can’t wait for my next visit already. My hair is in such amazing condition.

Been in today to discuss moving forward after a hair disaster elsewhere for a conditioning treatment and put together a plan! Rachel has taken the time to understand what I need and really helped me out. Love the way it’s been blow dried, it’s feeling better already and excited about getting it fixed! (That’s the only reason I’ve dropped a star today as not had anything changed as yet but really happy with treatment)

I have been coming to see Rachael (the owner) for some years now. I have also been to other hairdressers during this time also, closer to home etc. BUT I have always ended up going back to Rachael, as nobody comes close to understanding my hair as brilliantly as she does. I always leave the salon, feeling really pleased and delighted with the cut and colour. I even get to wax my eyebrows & top lip as the hair colour takes. I love this salon and can even call Rachael now, as one of my friends ????

Excellent service. I was with the lovely Amanda for my first time at Saks Poulton. She was so welcoming and friendly and made sure I was comfortable with what I was having done before we started. Cant praise the staff enough everyone was so friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Had such a lovely experience at the salon today with Sarah. Me and my mum left the salon with big smiles and felt very happy with our hair and time we spent there.

I always feel welcomed and relaxed at my appointments at saks.
The girls always listen to what I want and pull off great colours and cuts that they make sure always suit me and I'm always 100% happy with.
The atmosphere in the salon is consistently professional yet relaxed and friendly.

Totally in awe of my experience at Saks in Poulton-le-Fylde today. Sarah who did my colour is absolutely fantastic, she certainly knows her stuff with the colouring. Amanda was so lovely and very chatty and Rachel made me feel very welcomed. All of the girls together are an amazing team. I’ve rebooked for 6 weeks time and I can’t wait. Thankyou so much girls my new hair is absolutely stunning. Can’t thank you all enough ❤️

Quick, no nonsense hair cut in a friendly at atmosphere.

I love coming to saks at Poulton for my hair and beauty treatments. All of the team make you feel welcome and part of the family. The staff are well trained and know all the upto date technique’s. I always come away happy feeling amazing and like I’ve just spent an hour or so chatting with my friends! Would highly recommended.

As always a brilliant spray tan! I feel so much better despite the lack of sunshine

She is THE BEST at making my hair look amazing. I LOVE going to Saks..the service is 5* and the staff are always smiling and attentive, in short... wonderful!! Emma usually washes my hair and applies my Olaplex. She looks after me very well. I always leave feeling happy and uplifted ... plus I meet my “SAKS friends” whilst I’m there. It like a PLF hairdressing rendezvous!!
