Saks Hair Poulton

I regularly visit saks in poulton for my haircut, but today I had a colour & highlights. I am so pleased with the result. Rachel always listens & knows what I want. Great service. Thanks.

Went to Saks due to its name and brand. I expected luxury but the salon was in a state of ill repair and not what I expected in terms in cleanliness (there were dirty plastic bags in the trays where the brushes were).
The stylists weren’t smart and again not what I expected of this brand.
The service was OK and I am happy with the results.....it’s just not the standard I expected from Saks.

Staff are so friendly in Saks. They make you feel welcome and valued. Rachel is very skilled at spray tanning! Thank you!

I have been going to Saks for some time now. It started off as as the occasional wash and blow dry- now I’m there every week!! I’ve recently changed to having a wavy blow dry and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. It’s youthful, tousled and very feminine. Thank you Rachel! I’m addicted and you’re a genius!!

I am so happy with my experience at Saks from booking my appointment to now. I will definitely be returning. Liv took the time to discuss what I was looking for & really explained what she was doing & why. I can’t wait to go back for another pamper.

After what seemed like a lifetime of the wrong colour and breakage, thanks to Sam I finally have a colour I love and the condition had already improved!! I can’t thank Sam enough, so understanding, friendly and really listened to what I wanted. Thank you so much Sam you’re a miracle worker!!

I had a back, neck and shoulder massage from Stef. I would certainly recommend her, I feel so much better after it. Lovely place, friendly staff. Would definitely come back.

Bored with my blonde and mid length I went for a colour change and chin length bob with Rach and I absolutely love it. I've had loads of compliments already! Perfect cut, perfect colour. Rach is fab at suggesting what will work for my face and colouring.

Hannah was a very friendly and gentle beauty therapist. Waxing was less painful than usual. Will recommend her to my work colleagues! Thank you x

Fast efficient service and friendly staff

This is the second time I've been to Hannah for my brows and lashes and they are fab. She's a brow shape expert!

Thanks to Rachel, you did an “amazing job” . The salon I went to for 10 years changed staff and wasn’t happy with my cut, so for the last 2 years I’ve tried many salons and never been 100% happy, even tried an award winning salon in Solihull near to my daughters. Just glad I found Saks and the very experienced and creative Rachel. My search is over I will definitely be returning. Especially with their amazing offer of 3 for 2 on cut and finish.
