I’ve just moved back to the area and this was my first visit (although I was a Saks customer). Lovely salon, nice atmosphere and I am really pleased with my cut (by Kayla)

Fast efficient service and friendly staff

This is the second time I've been to Hannah for my brows and lashes and they are fab. She's a brow shape expert!

Thanks to Rachel, you did an “amazing job” . The salon I went to for 10 years changed staff and wasn’t happy with my cut, so for the last 2 years I’ve tried many salons and never been 100% happy, even tried an award winning salon in Solihull near to my daughters. Just glad I found Saks and the very experienced and creative Rachel. My search is over I will definitely be returning. Especially with their amazing offer of 3 for 2 on cut and finish.

lee Coloured my hair today, he was lovely, so professional and attentive. Overall experience was excellent and I will definitely go back. Lee was friendly and easy to talk to. Fantastic young man called Lee did my hair at the poulton salin. Ive been a hairdresser myself for over 34 years. I know talent when i c it. Fab cut funny conversations so wellcoming. Sorry lee i did go home n colour it. But took me 2 min to dry it n results r just amazing. C u in 6 weeks. Gill Dodd

Last night I had THE most wonderful facial and massage treatment at Saks. I spent nearly 90 minutes being “ rejuvenated “ by Hannah after a particularly busy week at work. It was so relaxing- pure indulgence! Hannah is extremely well qualified, proficient, professional and friendly. I will definitely be booking this again! Thank you Hannah.

Had my gel nails redone today. I’m new to having my nails done having first had them done a month ago. Last month I chose Scarlet nails and I’ve felt really sassy! Flashing my nails at any excuse. My nails have grown quite a lot and for the first time ever I now have naturally long nails on every finger!!! Today I had the outgrown gel removed and reapplied onto my now long nails. I chose a beautiful sea green metallic varnish and they look absolutely fabulous, I feel so much better about myself, quite glamorous.
Everyone in the salon is very friendly and I love going there. Even though I’m now retired it’s good to feel that I can still be welcomed so warmly into the world of glamour and beauty and feel so good about myself when I leave.

Booked in for my hair with Lee. So friendly and professional, and the best blow dry! Absolutely love it just as I asked and has stayed in so the well. Thank you!
