I love my visits to Saks Poulton. The staff feel like family, whilst remaining professional. I leave the salon feeling a million dollars - thank you ❤️

Colour was just right and new cut really good.

Had a great first appointment very pleased with stylist Rachelle , I felt she listened to me and understood excactly how I wanted my hair look forward to my next visit

All the staff are fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Rachel always does a brilliant job of my hair and Stef does all fab job of my beauty treatments and nails. Honestly can't recommend this place enough, always feel really comfortable and won't go anywhere else anymore.

I cannot recommend Saks highly enough !! I regularly have my hair treated, washed and blow dried by Rachael. She is amazing! Not only is she a brilliant hairdresser, she is friendly, professional, thoughtful and always smiling. She will go out of her way to accommodate me, something I always appreciate.
I also have my nails painted by Jade. She is excellent at her job and has an extremely calming manner. She too is very professional and attentive.
The team at Saks are always upbeat and smiling. Testament to them being happy in their work. Customers are acknowledged and cared for during their treatments.
Saks is a very enjoyable, uplifting experience. When you leave,you not only look better, you feel better as well!

Visited Saks today, Rachel was fab as always!

I haven't been to this salon before but I was given vouchers for my birthday so I decided to try the aromatherapy massage. I've had a number of massages at different salons over the past few years but this may have been the best experience I've had. The room was private, comfortable and warm. The music was soothing and the oils used had a lovely relaxing aroma without being overpowering. The masseuse, Stef, was very professional and experienced. She took the time to understand if I had anywhere I wanted to focus on or had concerns about. The massage was firm without being painful and the full allocated time was used. I felt completely relaxed at the end and I wasn't rushed out but encouraged to take my time to get ready. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Had full colour and cut by Sam she was amazing as always and knows exactly what to do with my hair and colour would highly recommend !

Sam is a miracle worker with colour. Glad to be back to my 'natural' colour. Thank you so much Sam. I owe you big time! (The cut is fab too exactly what I asked for)

Lee did an excellent job if my hair today. I felt very welcome in the salon by all staff and lee demonstrated good attention to detail and asked lots of questions to ensure I was happy with the cut. Will definitely return to Saks.

I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Jade and it was the best they've been done in so long, she properly sorted them out and was such a friendly person

This was my first visit to Saks, lovely experience ! Very friendly staff, Sam did a fantastic job on my cut and colour !! See you all in 6 weeks ?

The actual hair cut was superb, and the massage while having your hair washed was a lovely touch. However, I did just want to have a cut but was pushed to have a finish, and the finish was not worth the money at all! I felt the experience was definitely not worth the money and wanted to redo my styled finish when I got home. The price with both the cut and the finnish just made me cry, and due to that unfortunately you have lost me as a customer, as then it made the whole experience uncomfortable and non enjoyable.

Had a great all round experience at Saks Poulton.
Needing decent nails for my sons wedding so asked Jade for advice. Decided on 'gel nails' which I'm really pleased with. Despite my nails being short Jade has managed to enhance them and I feel like a million dollars today!!
Already booked my next few appointments and so in a few weeks I will have longer and well shaped nails.
