First time in Saks - came with my daughter Lauren, both had a haircut by Lee. What a lovely guy, he really listened to what we wanted and we came out feeling amazing. He also gave us lots of hints and tips. We'll definitely be back - thanks Lee.

All the staff are fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Rachel always does a brilliant job of my hair and Stef does all fab job of my beauty treatments and nails. Honestly can't recommend this place enough, always feel really comfortable and won't go anywhere else anymore.

I cannot recommend Saks highly enough !! I regularly have my hair treated, washed and blow dried by Rachael. She is amazing! Not only is she a brilliant hairdresser, she is friendly, professional, thoughtful and always smiling. She will go out of her way to accommodate me, something I always appreciate.
I also have my nails painted by Jade. She is excellent at her job and has an extremely calming manner. She too is very professional and attentive.
The team at Saks are always upbeat and smiling. Testament to them being happy in their work. Customers are acknowledged and cared for during their treatments.
Saks is a very enjoyable, uplifting experience. When you leave,you not only look better, you feel better as well!

Visited Saks today, Rachel was fab as always!

I haven't been to this salon before but I was given vouchers for my birthday so I decided to try the aromatherapy massage. I've had a number of massages at different salons over the past few years but this may have been the best experience I've had. The room was private, comfortable and warm. The music was soothing and the oils used had a lovely relaxing aroma without being overpowering. The masseuse, Stef, was very professional and experienced. She took the time to understand if I had anywhere I wanted to focus on or had concerns about. The massage was firm without being painful and the full allocated time was used. I felt completely relaxed at the end and I wasn't rushed out but encouraged to take my time to get ready. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Had full colour and cut by Sam she was amazing as always and knows exactly what to do with my hair and colour would highly recommend !
