From the moment I walk in the staff seem happy to greet me and are attentive to my needs throughout my visit.
My colour and cut are always exactly what I want I've never been disappointed with the results.
I have Sam Do my hair and can honestly say she is a true professional at all times and a totally fabulous stylist.

Had my nails and waxing with Jade love love love coming to Saks Poulton for my bit of me time all the team are lovely and always make me feel welcome would highly recommend this salon ???? Professional friendly and excellent results x x thanks again Jade

Lovely friendly salon

I was given vouchers as a gift..so looking at the range of treatment I had the saks brows. Jade has done a great job and I am very pleased with the results.thank you Jade it was just what I needed to cheer me up.

I had the usual six week appt for colour cut and blow dry. As ever the service was relaxed and friendly however a new design was suggested this time which is fab, the service is brilliant I would certainly recommend Saks to my friends and family.

Visited the newly opened shop in knaresborough, was welcomed by Tracy and l took time to listen to what I wanted and gave her professional opinion and advice , really pleased with the cut I will be visiting again for sure nothing was too much trouble .

Today's experience at Saks Poulton was superb! From the really warm friendly welcome from Rachel & Olivia to the best cut & finish I've had for a long time. Rachel listened, advised and somehow read my mind as to how I wanted my hair . Booked another appointment today to go back & let Rachel sort out my colour so a very happy & satisfied customer , thanks to the team there who were so so lovely...... ahhhh a decent modern hairdresser that actually listens & sensibly advises found at last!

The women that did my spray tan was very nice n made me feel very comfortable, my spray tan has turned out amazing and she gave me lots of helpful advice on it, the girl that welcome me into the salon was liv she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable by offering to take my coat and make me a drink, very nice girl.

My husband bought me a mammy to be Massage from Saks Beauty at David Lloyds Teesside for my birthday. I absolutely loved it! Mary my therapist was brilliant and so lovely. The room temperature was spot on, I felt totally comfortable the whole time and I would highly recommend it to any expecting mothers. I left thoroughly relaxed and felt amazing. The girls are always do a good job whether it's Massage, nails or make up. My husband also had an Indian head massge whilst I received my treatment. He also said the same thing he thought it was excellent.

I highly recommend lee, he is a brilliant stylist and it's the best colour and cut I've had in a long time!!!

I absolutely love having my hair done by sam! She always has a smile on her face no matter how she is feeling, nothing is ever too much for her! I love going to have my hair done, i dont know how i ever coped without having sam as my hairdresser! She seriously is the best! All the staff are lovely and again nothing is too much for them, shout out to liv for helping keeping my eyebrows dry with a towel whilst she washed my hair!! Well done team poulton!!!

I seriously have the best hairdresser ever, sam always has a smile on her face no matter how she is feeling! My experience as saks has always been a massive pleasure and i have no idea how i have coped in the past not having sam as my hairdresser!!
