Amazing hit all the places needed

All the staff are amazing and so friendly, can't do enough to make you feel comfortable. Love my pink & whites by Stef as well as gel toes. Sam always does a fab job of my hair.....Rachel & Sarah have been so understanding when I bring my son who hates having his hair cut. All the other staff are all so friendly, always have a smile on their faces and are more than happy to help where and when they can. One place I couldn't do without :) and the 3 for 2 makes me an even happier customer!!!

The girls at the Poulton branch were fantastic! Very attentive and polite. Molly did my facial and head massage....it was amazing. I feel so much more relaxed and my skin feels a million dollars. I've already booked another treatment for next week. Once again, thanks Molly and all the girls at SAKS.

Although this procedure comes with some discomfort I can definitely see the results. The therapist Molly has been most attentive and I would recommend her to anyone thinking of visiting Saks Beauty at Poulton.

Before going to Saks, I didn't have a hairdressers I could go to and know I would be leaving happy. I've been to many hairdressers around Poulton-Le-Fylde, Blackpool and Preston... Not once did I come out happy. I took to box dyes knowing if it went wrong, I would only lose a couple of quid. Then I got introduced to Saks...
Every single staff member is extremely welcoming and they instantly make you feel at ease. I have been going to Saks coming up to a year now and every time I visit, it's an absolute pleasure. I have Sarah for my colour and Sam (the queen of curly blows) for my regular blow dries - they are equally fantastic and both take the time to listen and ensure they are providing the customer with the best possible service. I no longer fear going to the hairdressers and just know that every time I visit, I will be leaving happy! I am chuffed to bits with my new colour and already looking forward to my next visit.
Cannot fault the service, quality and atmosphere of the salon!

Went for a hair updo for an event. I'm not food with hair, but Each helped me pick the right style for my face etc. Everyone loved it thanks. I'll definitely recommend.

I was booked in with Sam to have my Extentions done. My hair colour and extensions are perfect. The time and effort Sam put in was first class. Very professional and skilled. Loved every min of my time at the salon, the other staff were friendly, I felt completely at ease. My hair is perfect. Thank you so much Sam, you really are talented at what you do and it shows how much you love your work.

Recently had a rotten uneven haircut from a Blackpool Hair Salon , Sarah at Saks corrected it for me and made me feel good about myself again ❤️

After a disappointing visit to a well know reputable salon where I received a very poor colouring experience, I decided to visit Sam at Saks in Poulton Le Fylde.
Thankfully Sam rectified the colour issue, and I'm back to my old self.

I had gel nails applied last week with Molly. they look brilliant and everyone has commented on the colour (a shiny blue topped with glitter). Molly was very nice, very friendly and did a great job. Will recommend Saks to all my friends.

I had acrylic nails applied at Saks and I'm very disappointed. The nails themselves seemed great when first put on but the application of nail varnish was extremely poor and I repainted them myself the next day. It took less that 2 weeks and they started lifting and had to take them off. I wouldn't go back again, especially for the high price compared to other places.

Thank you so much to Rachel for colouring my hair at such short notice. Love the colour and style.

Made a mistake by going to another Salon and now needed Saks to rescue my hair! Fantastic service and given Olaplex to sort the damage.

I had an excellent experience with Rach who advised me on a subtle difference to my colour which has made a massive difference. I have booked in again.

Just had my long hair cut into a long bob. Looks so healthy and much thicker. Love it! Thanks Laura :-)

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Leanne and my therapist from Stockton who treat me like a queen nothing was too much trouble and my hot stones treatment was superb I will be recommending and coming back really soon. Xx

Alison managed to find every knot and ache and sore point and rubbed them out until I could feel heat in the skin and the muscle relaxing. Pain is close to pleasure - but highly commended.

And this 2. Hour full body massage and facial was just that!!

I had a wonderful Caci facial with Alison. The atmosphere and the treatment was all really comfortable and relaxing. The staff are all friendly and wrlcoming and a great advert for their treatments.

Had a visit to poulton saks today with rachel hall fabulous as always nothing is too much trouble and great hair!

I booked for a back neck and shoulder massage and skin consultation. The therapist took on board that I was having back pain and focused the session on this issue. She corrected my back and the soothing massage was lovely. Excellent knowlage on how the skin works and great advice on what products I should be using to aid with some spot breakouts, really tailored to my specific needs.

Firstly, I didn't have an appointment booked weeks in advance, I called the day before hoping for a cancellation and true to their word, they phoned when they had an appointment came free. I went into Saks Poulton after recently having a major, life changing operation and told Sarah who did my appointment, that I didn't feel very pretty or feminine, and she vowed to change that, and wow did she! She did ombré on my hair, and after the first dye and toner, she did it again without complaining or thinking I was an awkward customer, and on the second go we got the desired look. She was beyond friendly, approachable, professional and talented... I can't wait to go back!
