Went from dark brown and Emma took me to copper and a restyle. Still loving it 2 weeks later. Was looked after throughout my appointment. Thank you. Been going to this salon for a long time. Always happy with results.

Good service pleased with the result My hairdresser listened to my needs and did everything I asked. The only negative is hearing another customer being offered a head massage which I wasn't? So maybe more consistency amongst staff?

I’ve always been nervous about going to the hairdressers but Saks has completely changed my mind. Everyone is so lovely and I always feel so comfortable and happy there. Shoutout to Shelbi - she’s the best! ?

I have not had my hair cut for a long time, growing out my colour and embracing my new grey streaks as the come. My hait had become too long for me to manage and i had begun to not recognise the woman in the mirror. A fab cut and lots of good advice. Thankyou for making me feel so much better x

Hair cut by Emma very professional polite and friendly. Have had my hair cut by her for awhile .& coloured. Would definitely recommend. 1st time you go you do have a consultation And they do listen to you .

Excellent! I'm new to the area and following reviews I had my first visit today with Rachei who is clearly very experienced and professional. Other staff are very friendly too. The consultation was good and the outcome even better. I have made my next appointment.

It was my first time at this salon and I was very well treated from the moment I arrived. Staff were friendly and welcoming
I explained what I would like in terms of the haircut and my stylist (Australian lady) paid close attention throughout and checked that it was as I wanted. I was very pleased with the result and the advice I was given. Many thanks.

The staff were brilliant fitting Alice in and rescuing her fringe disaster.

I recently had the 72 hair keratin treatment, the salon is very light and clean and the stylists were all very friendly. Emma did my treatment and was very thorough explaining how it worked and the aftercare. When I left the salon my hair was the silkiest and smoothest it’s ever been. My treatment also included the 72hair shampoo and conditioner, full sizes ones too which impressed me and I was given a reusable Saks bag for life to take them home in. Very satisfied with the salon and looking forward to going back.

A lovely coffee and warm welcome on arrival. Kayla always makes me feel so relaxed and my hair is in safe hands with her. My hair looks thick and healthy again.

Lovely staff and very friendly. I think the price is too expensive though, especially as I’m a pensioner. I was quoted £45 then charged £49, no extra products so not too happy ?

I think the staff and their standard of friendliness and the professional way they work is excellent

So happy with my nails, Grace’s attention to detail is worth 5 stars all day long. If you haven’t yet booked in with Grace- you need too. She is a natural at nails and a perfectionist. I’m so so happy with my nails and would recommend her to anyone. ❤️

I had an apprentice today with blue hair I thought she was wonderful much better than many experienced staff I have had at other salons. This was my first visit to saks poulton for my hair cut and I'll definitely be going back again. I felt she really listened to me

Great haircut.

I should have asked the price before I went. I think £25 for a wet cut and no more than 10 mins in the chair is very high. My fault.
