Not only is my colour spot-on I have to say they stick to time no running late so it means I can plan my day.

First visit to this friendly salon. Made to feel very comfortable. The treatment options discussed and explained in full and I walked out of the salon very pleased.

After having a really bad experience at the the last two places I’ve been this was a breath of fresh air. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They did exactly what I asked for and I felt very relaxed and the finish was professional.

Emma was very friendly and professional. My hair is thick and highlights take time but Emma made me feel at ease was very patient and cheerful throughout. Very please with my highlights, treatment, cut and blow dry. Would highly recommend.

I always walk out of Saks Poulton with a big smile after a great experience whether it’s hair styling off Rach or a bit of beauty pampering from Rachael. I cannot fault all the amazing staff they’re all so friendly & always willing to give that little bit extra to make sure the customer is happy. Thankyou Rach & team ?

Easily the best salon i have ever been to. Rachel is kind, caring and goes out of her way to make you feel.relaxed, my hair colour is always lovely, excellent hair cut every single time. Emma gives the best head massages and is always so helpful too. Spotless, hand gel readily available, no covid concerns at all.

I am 59 years old and this was the worst experience in a salon of my entire life. From being drenched when my hair was washed to a disaster cut which led to cutting and more cutting and an eventual exit from the salon 1 hour and 40 minutes later after wanting a tiny trim on hair that I was trying to grow. I came out with an over the ears short, short disaster.

Love my appointments at Saks with Rachel, she always does my hair perfect, honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else

I came in for a complete change and Shelby was very helpful at advising me and very attentive and producing what I wanted as I had photos and the Finnish came out better I love it .

Just had a lovely morning at Saks Poulton. JJ did a great cut 2 weeks ago and after some sound advice I returned today for a tint. My hair looks really great. All grey hair gone replaced with fabulous brunette tones. Thankyou x

Emma did my hair this afternoon and started the process to go lighter, been box dying my hair since lockdown! This morning I had my second gel nails appointment with Kaya. She was fab and made an hour fly by with fun and friendly conversation. My nails look fab and soo pleased with them.
