Amazing service as always! Felt really welcomed and my cut and blow dry was excellent, I love it!

Had an appointment last week with a stylist who stated once I arrived that I cannot colour my hair. She had stated she tried calling and emailing all week to get in touch with me. They completely had the wrong number and never received an email other than the appointment booking. I’ve also checked junk mail and spam. She had stated she would do a patch test by the end of my hair cut which she did not but had booked me in for an appointment next week with Tegan. I showed a picture and she put down balayage. All I stated was that I wanted to colour my hair like the picture. The picture did say honey balayage so I assumed it’s fine. She stated I need a few sessions to remove the box dye in my hair from 5 years ago. You can only see the ends of my hair only have old dye.

Went for my appointment with Tegan and had shown her the picture of how I wanted my hair and she had started to bleach my hair. She did walk off a few times and returned back. Through the whole process, we rarely spoke, therefore my confidence in her handling my hair wasn’t the best. She was brushing my hair quite rough and even more when washing my hair. I didn’t speak up about the extremely hot water on my hair when she was washing it but had lifted my head a few times from discomfort. She was also rinsing the hair a little aggressively. I had shown her the picture of the hair I wanted and the end result was far from it. It looks uneven colour throughout and quite ginger brassy. I had stated that by the end that I was not happy with the colour of the hair and shown her the picture and stated it looks far from what I wanted. She stated that I should have been booked in for a full head of highlights instead and was quite dismissive. She stated the uneven tones was bc of the box dye I had from 5 years ago. But the box dye would only be by the end of my hair. My hair does grow out a lot which makes me continuously trimming it. Overall the service was not great.

Always a great haircut and style with Brittany. Great service and she always checks in to make sure I’m happy with my hair long the way.

Being an autistic teenage girl I found the environment quiet and welcoming and calm. The background music helped me feel at ease ,the staff would ask what I was comfortable with and friendly.The music wasn’t too loud and a good choice of music. Shaun is a fantastic hairdresser. Not only does he do everything you ask, he does it better than you expect, and is a lovely guy as well . Great service all round.

As on my previous visits I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner. I was offered a drink and from then on everything went smoothly. Victoria manages my hair well and I am always happy with the end result.

I don’t know which Sean cut my hair but he did an amazing job & I’ve had so many compliments x

Julie is a fabulous stylist. She restyled my hair from outgrown and straggly to gorgeous new style that’s manageable that I have received lots of complements about. Julie is confident and knowledgeable. She can advise and discuss options with you but what I loved most was she was confident and skilled in chopping in for shorter styles. She is friendly, calm and easy to sit with whilst having your hair done. Everything just flows. Thanks Julie.⭐️

My first visit today...having not had my long hair cut for a little over 4 months.... it was pretty untidy.... Daniel did a fantastic job with a wash, cut and blow dry... came away feeling fantastic.... already booked a new appointment for later in the year

After letting my hair colour grow out to my natural colour grey, I decided to have some lowlights in . Joe was very professional and attentive through my visit. Really happy with the colour and cut.

Made to feel welcome on arrival, coat taken offered a drink and shown to my seat. Shaun always on time, we discussed how I had had it cut last time and what I wanted this time. After a good wash and condition Shaun carefully cut and styled my hair, taking care and paying attention to our discussion. I always feel my hair has been cut well. I was very happy with the end result. On paying I made a further appointment. My only point for future is that it would be nice to know the cut was going to cost more than usual before we started ( not that it would have made any difference). Or be informed of any price increases.
Other than that extremely happy with everything ❤️

Brittany is been just amazing and lovely! For the first time I’ve actually left the saloon with the same haircut was in my mind. We had a lovely chat all through the appointment and is just been LOVELY!
I’m moving away from Preston otherwise she will be my forever hairdresser! xx

Briitany was absolutely amazing I normally
Struggle when it comes to hairdressers as when I tell them what I want they tend to do opposite whilst with briitany she did what I asked but also kept advising what would be healthier for my hair but also checked in if I wanted more done and kept the choice to me . She did my layers perfect where it framed my face she curl blowed dry and it’s last me still even though I got it she yesterday early morning. She’s transformed my hair and I’m really happy

I was offered a drink as soon as I handed my coat in. I sat in the waiting area reading up to date magazines When it was time to move to the salon area my coffee was carried for me. Katie is always happy and smiling and she does the best hair washes ever, the chairs are an extra treat massaging you as you have your hair washed, but I miss the fish tank. Katie talked over my options and we chatted as she made me human again. The salon is clean and bright the staff polite and helpful. The only thing that lets them down is the entrance It just looks unkept and uninviting. Maybe putting people off if they haven't seen upstairs before. As are the stairs to the salon not disabled friendly but the staff know this and they are always helpful
Apart from this my salon experience was relaxing, therapeutic and I was very happy with my hair and the whole salon experience

Fab as always, can’t fault Katie for her expertise at all. Always enjoy coming in to see her!

EXCELLENT

I always walk out of my appointments with Victoria at Jo and Cas, Preston, feeling infinitely better than when I walked in. Yesterday's experience was marvellous- we discussed a different colour combination at the beginning and I was thrilled with the result, as were my family and friends. Just superb!

A good experience yesterday as usual. I always use this hairdressers now as Brittany gives me the best cut. I would 100% recommend it. The business may be a little pricier than some but well worth it . You get what you pay for!

Becca was so nice and helpful when discussing how I wanted my hair cut, and I loved the result at the end! Really efficient and friendly service, and such a nice salon, will definitely come back:)
