As always Katie is always great, from start to finish she will ask what I want, discuss it with me, any products she uses she will tell me what they are for if I ask, and this time resulted in me purchasing a product to help with the drying of my hair, she is always loving and friendly, would always recommend her to any of my family and friends.

The newly refurbished salon is absolutely stunning, with meticulous attention to detail and an elegant ambiance. The addition of fresh flowers adds a delightful touch, elevating the overall aesthetic. Moreover, the salon is impeccably clean and tidy, reflecting their commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene.

The staff at the salon exude politeness and professionalism. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at reception and even offered a refreshing beverage, expertly crafted by the talented baristas stationed within the salon. This thoughtful gesture added to the luxurious experience.

For my hair appointment, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Joe, a truly exceptional and gifted hairdresser. His vibrant and friendly personality instantly made me feel at ease, creating a comfortable environment. Joe paid careful attention to my specific needs and desires. In fact, I trusted his expertise so much that I gave him free rein to interpret my style preferences. I was thrilled with the outcome; Joe expertly crafted a stunning, relaxed beach wave hairstyle that beautifully complemented my features.
I cannot recommend this salon enough. It is truly a treat for oneself, providing an indulgent and luxurious experience. From the stunning ambiance to the courteous and skilled staff, the salon has exceeded my expectations. Amazing job from Ria but receptionist was very unprofessional drinking hot chocolate and giggling/gossiping for half an hour behind the bar no other complaints other than that!

Joe was honest about not being able to do the style I wanted. He passed me over to someone else and I didn't have to wait long. I'm definitely going back again. I felt valued and I left with a happy feeling.

Julie is a fantastic stylist and so friendly. Really looks after me every single time and will always make sure my style suits my face. The salon itself is nice and clean with friendly faces on reception. Lovely place!

I look forward to my haircuts from the friendly and welcoming service to the relaxing hair wash. My hair cut is exactly how I imagine it if not better and I always leave really happy with the end result. Amie ensures that I am comfortable throughout the appointment. I have recommended her to two other people who have only said positive things too. Definitely value for money.

I would like to say my hair dresser was amazing, great chat (expats- lovely to feel the same way) get knowledge about curly hair. This is the first time I have had a real change that has worked out well, thanks a million :)

The staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough for me. I think my stylist was called Becky (long blonde hair) absolutely amazing.

My experience at Jo and Cass is always exceptional however on my recent visit I brought my sister along with me and the team were amazing while my sister waited to get my hair done. Katie and the team are always amazing and I look forward to coming!

I always enjoy my appointments with Victoria as her skill and professionalism makes me feel confident the result of a tweek to my usual cut or a new style will give me a boost. The salon is always clean and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Both Joe and Julie did my hair and as always it was a great experience. Joe is so polite as is Julie. Always friendly and such a lovely stunning salon.

It was my daughter’s first salon experience yesterday and Amy made her feel just at home! She made her feel really comfortable, was so friendly always talking to my daughter, and advised her all the way through the appointment. My daughter was delighted with her hair!
