Hi, Amie was professional as always, she’s very personable and welcoming. We always discuss my needs and what I’m expecting from my appointment. She explains what she’s doing and why. She always asks if I’m comfortable or if I want a drink etc too. I’d also like to mention that Mark is lovely and always makes me feel welcome and has a chat with me and a giggle. I paid over £200 for my hair! And it’s the worst it’s ever looked. My roots haven’t been done properly and it doesn’t look clean & fresh, the colour is a trashy blonde & it’s really not what I asked for. When I put my hair up it looks awful as all you can see is dark roots, for the money not impressed & sadly stuck with it now :-(

My hair always looks fabulous after being with Amie, really happy with the colour and service, it’s a lovely salon that makes the experience feel special like a real pamper.

As ever, Mark was excellent on reception and guided me through to the salon, promptly returning with a white wine. I’m one of those people who can say the least amount to get by during appointment after appointment, then suddenly decides to want to talk and Shaun deals with whatever mood I might be in, whilst providing me with a consistently professional service.

It’s always a pleasure to have my hair cut here, there’s never any issues and I can be in and out in no time at all. Highly recommended!

Always friendly with great style advice

I came in feeling a bit bedraggled and left feeling amazing. Sean did a fantastic job with my colour and cut. Been coming to Jo & Cass for years and would definitely recommend.

It was okay. I think everyone at the salon seemed drained from work and it wasn’t really a lively mood. Also because I was a male I feel Victoria was hesitant in what to say, I felt awkward at times. Honestly, for the price I paid, I don’t think I would return. The person at the desk seemed lifeless too.

I adore my monthly colour experience- I walk in feeling rubbish and walk out feeling fabulous and strut my way back to my car☺️

OMG …. Amazing hair cut … me and my daughter both had our hair cut… and wow the style Brittany did in both mine and my daughters was amazing. A new lease of life given to our hair! Brittany is always so welcoming and professional she make my daughter feel at ease

I leave the salon feeling human again! Hair and confidence on point! My hair and self esteem always given First class care by the wonderful Marc! He is the best stylist, so skilled, experienced and utterly professional! It’s not easy looking after my greying head of hair, on my menopausal 57 year old head - for me, I am not ready to be naturally grey! Blonde only thanks! Marc always manages my expectations honestly, but seems to always get my colour and style perfectly right. I know Jo and Cass, that you all know this man is an absolute gem of a stylist! Thank you again Marc, see you for my pre -Christmas touch up!!?

I love everything about Jo and Cass Preston. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The stylist stations are clean and spacious. All the stylists I’ve had are knowledgeable and helpful and understand your hair and what you want to achieve. They know their stuff and are happy to share. I recommend them to everyone I know.
