Soraya has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I always love it.

Amanda colours my hair, and I am really pleased with the colour.Michelle cuts it, I have never been happy wit my hair cut until Michelle started to cut it. Now I love it. Only one
problem is the cost, So I suppose one has to pay for quality.

Had my hair cut by Jo at Preston Tony and guy.
She was lovely and made conversation throughout having my hair done.
I was a fussy client as I am very particular about my hair but the cut is great and feels much lighter which was what I wanted.
Will definitely come back for another cut.

Laura is wonderful and I always leave the salon in a good mood. I used to dread getting my hair cut but since moving to Laura at Toni and Guy I look forward to coming in and having a chat with her. Everyone mentions how good my hair looks when I've left so I always trust Laura to work her magic!

I had Chloe for the first time today. I'm always worried when I have a hair appointment, particularly when I have a stylist for the first time - I panic about them cutting too much off.

However, I needn't have worried. Chloe listened to my fears and took it very gently and carefully, talking me through each step and reassurring me along the way.

I've come away with the perfect haircut, stylish and cool and not too short! Thanks Chloe!

The young girl smiled and did Indian head massage which i nearly fell asleep

I really enjoyed Joanne's creativity with my hair up. Very pleased with the result.

They were really helpful and I'm really happy with the colour and style, they gave good advice on how to make my hair seem thicker.

I always look forward to my monthly visit to T&G at Preston. There is usually a warm welcome from Michelle, good cups of tea/coffee and expert care of my hair with my usual colour technician and stylist. Katy today but often the very cheerful Amanda. Not forgetting a very relaxing shampoo and head massage with Abi. My only complaint being that the massage was too short!

Hairdresser is amazing. Works wonders with my hair. Outstanding customer service and great attentive manner. Fantastic experience. Would definitely visit again.

As always without fail a great service staff are 10 out of 10. Emma that I normally have that I had today was excellent. Always a good great person to chat to while she works her magic. Ten out of ten for cutting my hair as always. Would recommend this top salon to anyone. Will be comming to this salon long into the future. :-)

This visit was a sort of anniversary. I first came to the salon 12 years ago and have never been anywhere else since . Never had a bad experience and see each visit as my little treat to myself. Staff are always friendly welcoming and attentive. Hrs to another 12 years and more

Not happy at all, I came 5 weeks ago and my hair was perfect, not today,. I respectabley said to girl it wasn't right on one side but she didn't listen. I was suppose to have the same girl as the first tim but apparently she's left! Not happy at all and I won't be coming back.

The whole service you get when you come to Toni and Guy Preston is fantastic. The staff were so friendly to my son and myself. The stylists that cut my son's and my hair were amazing. They show such amazing awareness to detail cutting hair and I would recommend them and the shop to anyone.

I am so pleased with my haircut. Stylist Laura did a wonderful job. A short style with some length on top and shaved at the sides. After listening to what style I wanted she gave me honest feedback about what would and wouldn't work (which I really appreciate) and after discussing it together she was able to create the cut that I am currently walking around with and absolutely loving

Had a wash and blow dry with curls, althought the curls at the bottom of my hair looked lovelly my hair from the roots was left damp hence why my hair started frizzing, I had a wedding to attend and didn't have time to go back. The stylist was very polite my only issue was that she should of check to make sure my roots were completely dry.

This was the most disappointing visit to a salon I have ever had. I came to the salon having seriously researched a new hairstyle that would be best for me. I arrived at salon a few minutes late due to traffic problems. I was rushed by the stylist who was at pains to tell me she had her next client in very soon. She disagreed with what i suggested she might cut.. proceeded to cut another style & left someone else to dry it & said she woikd come back to me to finish off. When she came back 30 mins later i asked to see the back of my hair in the mirror & discovered what she had cut was not suitable. She said she couldn't sort it as next client was now in but asked the manager to come and do it (another 30 min wait) the manager finished the cut super quickly but wasnt even going to cut my fringe til I pointed out it hadnt been touched yet!! I was in that chair 2.5 hrs but i felt that i wasnt trested with care & respect really. I wasnt listened to & when cuts were done they were rushed. I felt traumatised by the time I came out of the salon which is certainly not what I expected to be saying when i booked the appointment. Serious issues in the dealings with customers like that are unacceptable & should be resolved. Will I promote T & G to others if asked to recommend a salon? Certainly not. When people spend hard earned money on premium services like this they expect more quite frankly!

Wow, me and my daughter had new style hair cuts, amazing, thank you. Was greeted with drinks,back massaged while having hair washed, talked about and reassuring us with our style and how to manage it, best hair dressers we ever experienced. I was a little shocked of the price but experience excellent

Finally got myself booked in for a keratin treatment after pondering whether to do it - stylist was absolutely brilliant and the effect of the treatment was well worth it :)

Toni & Guy are my 'go to' salon when ever I need a bit of pampering. Great stylist who did a fantastic job of my hair colour
