It's taken forever to find someone to cut my hair how I want it and Jo is so nice too!

I am a bit of a hairdresser phobe but the Toni and Guys in Preston make me feel looked after, listened to and looking better. Amanda is a top colour expert and Chloe is engaging and clearly demonstrates that she listens. Both also have great advice on upkeep and care and are helpful and knowledgeable. Altogether a brilliant place to go.

I came away with exactly the hair I wanted. Jo completely understood me and I look forward to seeing her again.

Jo and Katy did an amazing job on my balayage hair! The cut is gorgeous and so much more manageable too! Can't wait to return again soon!

I'm mixed race and have afro hair. I relax it myself but still not good at blowing straight. By the time Laura my stylist has finished with my hair it's like silk. I just cannot achieve this effect! Very pleased, she is very considerate and always makes me feel relaxed - great service. Thanks!

Really glad that Steph was able to fit my haircut in today even though I was late! Steph the hair cut is great as always and you manage to take years off my appearance each time I visit - don't know how you do it! **** cut my hair. i had taken 2 pics of the style i liked and one of one i definitely didn't want. i came out with the one i didn't want. too short at the sides too long at the back wonky on top. its a sight. will never be going back there.

Another great cut by Steph who has rescued me from some terrible cuts elsewhere! Steph is a talented stylist and I am always looked after really well on each visit, which feels like a catchup with a friend. How do you remember so many details from one client to the next?

Took my 16 year old son for his first non-barbers shop haircut.
He wanted a complete re-style. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. His stylist asked him lots of questions about what he wanted, showing him photos and even checking with me if what he wanted was OK!
He was very happy with the finished product, which means I was too. Definitely be going again.

Emma kindly fitted me in as a walk in yesterday. I found her to be a genuine freindly member of the team. She cut my hair just how I wanted it. A refreshing change from other salons I have used in the past.

You will not find a better hair salon than this. They have worked wonders with my troublesome hair and the customer service is second to none. Special thanks to Katy Bowman and Lauren Lang for their unwavering kindness, understanding and support. Can't recommend Toni and Guy Preston highly enough and I don't dish out praise easily!

Soraya has been my stylist for a number of years and she is wonderful. She is a lovely lady who always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I can honestly say that I have always been really happy with the advice she gives me and with the the way she styles my hair. Love my hair colour it looks really nice was disappointed that my finishing touches was left to what I presume was an apprentice to blow dry it was ok but not what I believe I am paying for surely your customer service should follow through right till the end I feel I should have been asked if i minded being practiced on.

Excellent experience overall! From arriving with a warm welcome and being offered a drink, Chloe is a friendly and confident stilist with a breadth of knowledge which puts you at ease. Very happy with the finished cut. ????
