Nicole is always happy and smiling and she is really good at cutting my hair as she knows just what I want. I also enjoy the pampering of the head massage and the back massage on the chair.

I went to T&G for a curly blow dry as I was going on a business trip to a very humid country and I wanted to avoid looking like a frizz blow!!! My blow dry was amazing and lasted 4 days. The curls just dropped nicely each day. I also had a treatment condition, which was really relaxing and left my hair in a really nice condition. I would highly recommend and use again.

My stylist was very helpful and understanding and I left feeling confident and happy with my new hair cut. I will definitely be back to see her! Thank you

Amanda has been cutting my hair for years, i've tried other salons every once in a while but can honestly say no one can do the inverted bob as good as Amanda!.... You get what you pay for!

Exceptional treatment received today from Wendy. Having gone through chemo the care, expert advice and understanding received from Wendy was wonderful - and not forgetting the totally amazing car cut! Can't thank her enough for making it such a positive experience.

Lovely clean salon, nice friendly and welcoming staff, Wendy, my stylist has such a warm relaxed nature, it's like talking to an old friend. Superb cut, I'll be back next time I need it.

Amanda is polite, professionally and has always cut my hair to the highest standard! I couldn't possibly go to anyone else. I've always walked away a happy customer.

Unfortunalty, the only let down was the girl who washed my hair. Although she was polite, she rushed the process and washed my hair in under 5 minutes (I didn't even think that was possible) and missed the bottom part of my scalp.

As usual fantastic colour from the lovely Amanda and great hair cut from Wendy. I will forever enjoy my visits to Tony & Guy Preston and look forward to my next visit. Love Michelle on reception gorgeous girl and the girls who do the shampoos etc are sweethearts ❤

Just had a restyle with Michelle, met up with friends after my haircut and they thought that my hair had never looked so good coming straight out of the salon!!

Usual high standard of haircut, colour and welcome. Been going regularly for 6 years, no plans to change.

I have been visiting Toni&Guy for many years and due to my style go every month. Who ever you chose to colour or cut your hair will listen & ensure it is exactly how you want it. People always comment & ask me where I go so thank you Katie & Soraya!

First time here and felt very well looked after. Enjoyed the head massage during washing and was given good advice re: styling. Thanks Michelle!

This is the second time I have had my hair cut and blown by Nicole and I have booked to go back again. She really makes you feel at home. The whole place is a great place to go if you want pampering. A great experience.

Thought I needed a change of colour not too sure. Katie put a semi on my hair to give me a flavour of the change before I took the plunge as she knows I'm hesitant

I revisited the salon after a cut and blow dry my 10 year old son had at the salon on Wed, I was very diissappointed, as
the end result wasn't the usual standard we are used to. I called the salon and was given a complimentary visit.
Extremely satisfied today by the service and standard and a happy 10 year old .
Our stylist today was Chloe.

I cannot praise Molly enough, not only for her patience, expertise but also the fact that she actually listened to what I wanted and delivered???? Very happy customer and I'd recommend Molly happily

I wanted a change and I got it. Chloe gave me a great cut and Amanda was as usual a whizz with the colour.

After my first visit to Tony and Guy in Preston, I was left with feeling unsatisfied and a little annoyed. I travel around a lot and so tend to visit many different salons, they are usually around the same price category, as I like to use the hairdressers as a pamper session for myself.
On entering the salon I was greeted by friendly staff who asked me to be seated, where I found a messy stack of magazines and dirty coffee cups.
I had two different stylists tend to me, one for my colour and a second for my cut. I personally didn't like this arrangement as it made me feel a little like a pin ball and undervalued.
My colour, which was meant to be blonde is a nice shade of orange. It was discussed that the shade might be warm but I was told that I would be given the opportunity to alter my colour but that opportunity never came and I was ushered to reception to pay my overpriced bill.
My cut and blow dry, which was just a trim and reshape, was carried out accurately, however my stylist left me to tend to another client half way through, leaving me with a girl who tugged at my hair a little and didn't really achieve much.
On the whole I my experience left me with a bitter after taste and I'm afraid I won't be paying them a second visit.

I have been going to Toni&Guy, Preston for over ten years now, and they have never failed to please me. There yesterday, with a wonderful cup of cappuccino (best in Preston!), lovely massage and an excellent job on my hair by Michelle. What I also like are the friendly staff? As soon as I walk through the door there is such a warm atmosphere. Always such a pleasant experience. An EXCELLENT salon!,

Having recently moved back up north, from London, I needed to find a decent hairdresser in Preston. I am a nervous customer and need to feel that the stylist is confident and can advise me, but equally can listen to what I want. Michelle, at Tony and Guy, Preston, completely put me at ease and discussed the whole process. I can honestly say that this was the best haircut I have had in umpteen years! And the number of compliments I have received is a real confidence booster too.
