Solid haircut, first time at Toni&Guy, will come back if I want a style change.

Everything is perfect from the moment you step through the door, in between and stepping out. Love my hair every time I come. And love Faye doing my colour, Michelle for cut and blow too!

I had a cut n blow dry this morning at Toni Guy Preston. It was a cold morning in Town but once I walked into the Salon my spirits were lifted.
My Stylist Joanne greeted me with a warm smile my cut was brilliant. I felt a million dollars when I left the Salon.

I was really pleased with the cut Nicole gave me- she shaped my hair just how I described - very happy!

Another wonderful experience at Toni and Guy Preston. My individual needs were catered for perfectly and with compassion. Katy Bowman never fails to make me feel comfortable and always does a first class job. My cut was exactly what I asked for thanks to Laura. All the staff here have excellent interpersonal skills and I cannot praise them enough.

Excellent, best hair cut I've had in ages as the stylist listened to exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this salon.

First visit to this salon in some years and I was not disappointed. Amanda was great, she listened attentively to what I wanted and managed to sum up what I was actually saying in a few minutes. She was warm and friendly and gave me loads of tips to change style if the fancy took me! Have booked to return and was very happy with my hair when she'd finished. Little extras like a back massage chair whilst getting shampooed are a little luxury in a hectic life. Definitely recommend. 5*

A great salon welcoming customers complimentary drinks on arrival. My son came along with me and they are lovely enough to ask him as well. You get a lovely hair massage too whilst relaxing on massage chair. The hairdressers themselves are lovely. I have only started coming to Toni and guy and am very happy with my haircut which finally in a great shape and style!

Brilliant service and style by Amanda Chloe and the colourist who did Rosa's hair. It was a present for her for having got a place at Oxford and she is really delighted and says it has made her the most happy she has been with her hair!

I enjoy my experience all the time! I know I can come in and go out looking fab!

Amazing stylist! Excellent memory - remembered the product I bought, including the style I like. She is articulate and communicates well. Accommodates my hair wants.

With regard to the salon; there were hair cuttings from a whoever had been sat at the same place - not a good impression for the salon.

Nobody cuts my hair like the fabulous Chloe. She could cut it blind folded, she's so good. Everyone raves about my style so I recommend her, she's brilliant x

I would just like to say that my stylist, Jo, was excellent. Not only did she cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, she even washed it for me too. I can not speak highly enough about her work, and she should be rewarded by the Management as she is a credit to them.

Changed the hair after years. Was a big step for me as I had long hair upto waist. Stylist did a great job and was very friendly.

I have been coming to this salon for years and will not go anywhere else as the service is fantastic. Faye did my colours and I had Nicole cutting my hair. Both were brilliant. I see Faye on a regular basis for my colours. Her professionalism is outstanding and her attention to detail is even better. I normally see Chloe for my cut, by she wasn't in on the day I went, but that never matters as whoever cuts your hair is always brilliant. The service by everyone there is faultless and I would never go anywhere else. I live in Wigan but come over to this one as its so good.

There is a reason I do a 120 mile round trip!

Chloe consistently makes the experience delightful, always taking note of how I like my hair style and never fails to deliver anything but perfection. She is always so happy and a real pleasure to chat with making the entire experience a delight. Furthermore, there isn't anything that is too much trouble.

The best accolade I can give Chloe is that I would recommend her to everyone I know, without hesitation!

Well I bounced out of the salon last night with a Cheshire Cat smile... I went in thinking I was getting extensions, had a mega change of heart and got a razored undercut.
I love it... I also love that the my stylist - Amanda - knows me well enough to know when to encourage or discourage my new look ideas.

I got my hair done by Laura, and she was absolutely amazing. I loved how confident she was and how she was able to give me good advice on the way I should cut it when I asked for it. At the very same time, she left all the decision up to me. Very friendly and genuine. I would definitely get it done by her again.

I saw Steph on Friday for a restyle and am loving the new look. The salon is bright and comforting and the hair wash chairs are wonderful! Definitely going back to Steph for future cutting. ????

I dont have anything negative to say about my experience! Me and my cousin both had the islamic headscarf on when we walked in and with respect we were asked if we wanted to use the private cutting salon upstairs which was lovely. We had the room to ourself and had privacy which was great. Our hairdresser was lovely and built a good rapport with us straight away. The hair mask we opted to recieve was great, however, I do think we could have done with a longer soak with the mask on our heads. Everything else was great! ????

Absolutely love my haircut done by Chloe! She knew exactly what was needed without having to explain! Brilliant hair cut and I looked fab when I walked out too

Soraya does an excellent job every time. I've tried many hairdressers/barbers and she's the best by far. Not only is she good at her profession, she's also really easy to talk to and brightens up my day on every visit.

Michelle at the Preston salon, has cut my sons hair (aged 4) twice, and both times she has been quick but precise. My son Louie, hated having his hair cut until Michelle cut it.

As a full time carer for our son my own needs sometimes get forgotten however every time I come to the salon I'm made to feel amazing. Joanne listens, takes everything on board and directs me in new styles. I enjoy every minute of my visit today and now fell ready to take on the world. Thank you if only I could come in every week!

Sadly my recent visit did not leave me impressed. Usually have a colour, cut and blow dry in 2 hours. Today had a root touch up and blow dry. However the time to do this was still the same, well 5 mins shy of 2 hours. Sat waiting for far too long with colour on, only 20 mins to apply and less than that to dry. The rest I was sat with colour on with others coming and going. Won't return again and sad because clearly do not adapt timings when need to be less. Sat with colour on your hair for well over 50 minutes not good. Also forgot my coffee!

I am never disappointed when I leave Toni n guy Preston. my hair isn't the easiest to deal with, but Joanne never fails to deliver, I would recommend this salon to anyone who appreciates good service and exerlent talent, along with a great salon atmosphere and second to none customer care.❤????

I wanted quite a different cut for my thick, wiry hair...and I'm really chuffed with the outcome. She spent time talking to me about my needs, I felt valued.

I have fairly straight hair and tonnes of it. I have it cut short which is quite challenging on my type of hair because it really shows scissor marks (I know because I used to be a hairdresser and dreaded hair like mine coming in!). I've always had a fab haircut at Toni & Guy in Preston - they are all lovely and brill. Michelle, however has managed to prevent the 80s power ballad look which I naturally achieve around 5 weeks after a hair cut - truly a magician. Love it.

Really loved my hair the staff did exactly what they thought would work and it did. Loved the colour looked fab!

Fantastic colours for myself and my daughter. A beautiful precise cut for the daughter and wonderful service. I swapped to Toni and Guy when my old hairdressers decided not to put in their wheelchair accessible loo,that they had submitted in their plans to get them passed, and changed it to a tanning booth! Well that was a family that went elsewhere. The team at T&G are so helpful and welcoming. The raised massage chairs on the backwashers mean a pain free hairwash. Thanks guys.

From the moment you step in for your appointment your have someone making sure you are comfortable, take your coat and offer you a drink,the staff was all kind and helpful and there was a cheerful atmosphere. Will be going back!

Can't imagine a better salon to have my hair cut. Amazingly relaxed shampoo and head massage afterwards an excellent cut. all in a very friendly atmosphere

Today I went for a colour and cut at Preston. Before I mention my criticism I would just like to say how professional polite and lovely the two girls who looked after me today were. No complaint whatsoever about them

However.... my colour was booked in person last week. I turned up today and had it confirmed that I last had a allergy test over 6 months ago. Molly, the girl doing my hair checked if I had been given another test at time of booking - I hadn't and wasn't aware I needed one. She went on to explain very politely that due to this I couldn't have my colour done but could do the test and rebook in a couple of days. I explained I couldn't do this as I needed it done for tomorrow. What I didn't explain was that this was for my mums funeral but as you could imagine I really was disappointed. Fortunately Mollie offered me to have found in my hair - which she did and looked lovely. My issue is that I should have been asked at time of booking about the colour test as if Molly had not come up with an alternative I would have been really upset given the circumstances.

So... feedback in a negative way to front of house staff but really positive feedback to mollie and the lady who cut my hair
