Usually hate cutting my hair because it never sits right for a while after but Abby took loads of care to only trim the damaged ends and flatter the curls with the style. She went above and beyond to do exactly what I was hoping for, worth every penny. Thanks Abby! :D

Emma spent 6 hours changing my hair colour, and it was a great experience. She was really knowledgable and helped me pick out what I wanted. So incredibly happy with the results.

My hair had reached a critical stage after 9 weeks without me realising. Wonderful restoration work done on the colour and tremendous styling has given me back that fabulous look. Thanks girls.

It was such a relief to get the call post lockdown to arrange an appointment. Not only was I thrilled with my cut and colour but so impressed with the standard of Covid protection for both clients and staff. I felt quite safe although sympathised with the staff having to wear protection all day but they all smiled through it.

I was grateful for a phone call offering me a post lockdown haircut. I didn’t need to be asked twice! Abby took good care of me and so pleased with my new look. I really appreciated the social distancing measures that has been put in place and I felt safe and protected. Well done T & G

As a deaf person - I have found having a salon experience pretty stressful and sometimes awkward. But since coming to TONI&GUY - I’ve always had a good experience. The staff are really lovely, friendly and accommodating. I had Ashley last time I came and he was amazing. He listened to what I wanted doing to my hair and he made it happen. He was so gentle and did such a great job of making my curls perfect. We found a way of communicating effectively whilst I had my hearing devices out and he regularly checked in with me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He never once made me feel embarrassed about my hearing loss. Ashley transformed an ordinary salon experience into an extraordinary one.. the beautiful hair is a bonus! Thank you!

Ashley styled my hair - he did a great job at making it look pretty. He spent ages drying and curling it - it was perfect. The fact I was deaf didn’t fazed the staff at the salon. We found different ways of communicating whilst I had my hearing devices out. Ashley made me feel so comfortable and at ease.. I didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed about my hearing loss.. I just felt like a normal, young person with extraordinary hair. Thank you!

Was looked after by Molly and Chloe and given great hospitality as usual. Toni and Guy is the best salon for consistently good results and a very warm welcome.

I was with a independent salon & they made my blonde hair look really patchy (lots of orange and copper patches).. after a couple of attempts to try and fix it.. I was still unhappy, so I made the decision to switch to Toni & Guy - it was the best decision I ever made. All the staff were really lovely and friendly - I felt at home. Jo is really lovely, easy to get on with & we have a laugh. Jo listened to what I wanted & she managed to fix my hair - it looked really shiny, healthy & most importantly all one colour! My blonde hair was gorgeous! I was so happy and it boosted my confidence again. I have been back several times since and I’ve always been happy with the service at Preston Toni & Guy.
