I have always had a good experience when I have visited the Preston salon. Jo colours my hair and always does a professional job, she listens to what I want. Amanda and Chloe have both coloured my hair and the finished result is always lovely. All the staff are very friendly and professional, thankyou.

Toni&Guy has been my go to hairdressers for years now. Had a haircut with Ashley today and I’m over the moon with how lovely my hair looks compared to what it was like previously! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend Ashley enough!

Had a really bad hair cut won't go back there again

When you want good service after a long day at work, this is the place to go. Not only do they accommodate you with a continuous smile but actually listen to what their customers want. I had the honour of my hair being cut and styled by 2 members of staff due to unforeseen events and it was still a smooth transition. Ashley has a lot of knowledge of his niche and was very informative. He made a lot of useful suggestions of how to look after my hair even after the hair cut. Ashley was very innovative in cutting my hair which i have never experienced before. Amanda was very approachable and blow dried my long hair with no fuss or complaints. I would highly recommend visiting here.

I have been coming to this salon ever since it opened and have always been delighted with the friendly, welcoming ambience. All of the staff are so professional and I have never been disappointed with my hair when I leave. As always, Chloe has done a great cut and blow today - asking the right questions about how my hair has been since my last visit, listening to my answers and making suggestions as I wanted a change. She is so friendly and she makes me feel special because she always remembers what we have chatted about on previous visits.

I had Jo cut my hair and she totally listened and also gave her thoughts. I showed her photos of a possible style which she said would really suit me. So I had my hair cut short for the first time in 30+ years. I was so nervous but I needn’t have been because it looked and felt great. I can’t believe the comments I’ve had since from family and friends. 10 years and 20 years younger was the cry, cheaper than a facelift ???? lovely staff everyone friendly and loving the massage chair. OK, so I have waited a week before writing this, just to make sure I wasn't reacting harshly, but I only feel worse than I did last week! I had ***** for colour and I found her attitude very old school in that she proceeded to berate my previous stylist, moan about my scalp, condition, cut and colour (i didnt think i looked that bad tbh and had recently been complemented on my naturally wavy bob). I am mature and know how my hair lightens (natural blonde anyway). She made out as though i was going from dark brunette to ice blonde! 3 sessions suggested. I went with it although i found her abrasive and stand offish, even moaning about colleagues chatting at till! I then went to ***** for a cut, who in fairness was much friendlier, although she talked soooo much about herself i felt like using earplugs to stop the noise! However, she didn't listen to my request to leave sides one length and take back shorter with layers (i asked for an edgier look). I took a photo and kept referring to it. She left my length at back virtually same and layered one side shorter than other at the front!!!! When she showed me the length i said I'd like it shorter and that was when Amanda came to chip in and pressured me to leave it as would lift when curled. I am not stupid, ive had my hair all my life!!! To top it all off it cost more than i was quoted £212!!! Don't get me wrong I'd have been happy paying that if I'd have had the style i requested. Many of the reviews I now believe are false as they offer a discount on next appointment if you write one! Don't waste your money if you have ideas which are individual!

Abbey always styles my hair just the way I like it. She is always professional and listens to everything I ask her to do.

Having been a client at Preston Toni and Guys for over 15 years I can say it is an amazing salon with friendly, talented staff. Wendy is a brilliant stylist - always chatty and totally honest about what I should do with my hair. Katy, likewise, has always advised me tactfully on my hair colour through a variation of colours!!!! I trust them implicitly, but can honestly say that any of the creative team are equally good if Wendy and Katy aren't available. My advice is if you want quality and healthy, well cut and coloured hair you can't beat this salon!!!!

Another great hair style from Soraya always a very friendly place and the styling from Soraya is first class, Very accomplished stylist who is obviously very talented. I will not let any one else cut my hair as every time I visit the salon always very pleased, and do not have to go home and cut if some more myself.
