I had Katie for colour and Melissa for my cut, both were really friendly and professional-I was really happy with the result and would definitely recommend them both.

This was my 3rd visit to salon in Preston. Staff welcoming and professional and my previous restyling with Abbey was amazing, had colour and highlights by Jo and thrilled with result. However I’ve just had a cut with ***** and I’m so disappointed ... I showed her 3 pics of styles I’m looking for and my cut is nothing like any of them. She is very nice and friendly but I’m totally unhappy with my cut.

Apart from it being a great experience coming to the Salon and being totally looked after Soraya she has really helped sort out my thick short hair.

After discussing what colours would work for me, Lauren helped me choose the perfect colour.
Soraya complimented this with a lovely cut, very professional and really listened to what I wanted.

Chloe is a gem I get so many comments about my cut Short hair can end up cut like granny hair at my age. Hair dressers don't get it We don't want to be beige granny's it's important to have a good face flattering cut that still makes the most of our bone structure and style and Chloe certainly knows how to do that Thank you Chloe x

My first visit to Toni & Guy and I’ll definitely be back. Melissa was so warm and friendly, she gave a thorough consultation to make sure she knew what I was looking for and delivered a fabulous result. I’m so pleased with my new style and would highly recommend her. A thoroughly enjoyable experience :)

Having visited the salon for the 4th time I will not be going back again. The first time was ok but nothing special for a trim, the 2nd time for a trim was good, the 3rd time for again a trim has left my hair extremely uneven even though the same stylist. Unfortunately today I went for a semi permanent colour which has been a disaster, I asked for no red or warmth and not black, my hair has ended up black with a hint of red in certain lights. Also the stylist who put the colour on did not check the results, it was washed out by a junior and I was sent on my way. At a cost of £50 for a semi permanent colour and nearly £40 for a trim this month both of which were sub-standard, I will not be returning.

The stylist was brilliant as always, but I was so impressed with the girl who washed my hair. (Ruby) She was excellent. Just the right temperatures water. Just the right pressure. I really enjoyed having my hair washed today.

Melissa was brilliant, she was very welcoming and extremely easy to talk to. I am totally happy with the whole service, cut & style. Would 100% recommend her to everyone!

Emma was very good and reassuring to my 12yr old who chopped half of her own hair off
Earlier that day. Emma rectified it and said she is welcome to walk in then next coming weeks for a trim at no extra cost. My daughter is very happy ????

I saw Emma who is a senior stylist and she was amazing. Really friendly and attentive. She cut my hair to perfection. The only criticism I have is that the girls on the desk were not as friendly as the hair dressers. Overall I would rate Emma as 5 stars! ☺️
