Katie coloured my hair. As always She did a great job. Also She is professional and friendly.

There are cuts and cuts but with Chloe and at T&G you know your cut has the edge over all other salons I'm 69 but my hair is short and stylish without trying to be a teen
It gives me confidence

Professional and friendly service from when I arrived to when I left. I was booked in with Chloe Fisher, she did an excellent job and I was very happy with the end result. A little pricey, but definitely worth the extra money. Would certainly recommend.

Chloe Gave me a great hair cut extremely pleasant - understood what I wanted - perfect result.
Shampoo again - the young lady very attentive and a nice head massage.
The massage chair a great plus.
As from today it will be my salon of choice.

I had my hair cut by Wendy today and she was great. Very professional, confident cutter amd clearly knowledgeable about shapes, styles and what sites etc.

I am a regular user of Toni and guys Preston and not yet have I been disappointed the staff were warming and friendly and the skill was amazing. Definitely shall be returning!!!

I only take my sons to Soraiyah at Toni & Guy. They have curly hair and she works wonders. My youngest can be hard work and she handled him beautifully.

First time visit made to feel welcome as wasn't sure what I wanted but was put at ease and was able to discuss what I wanted and made me feel more confident once I left will return ????

I came to the salon without a booked appointment. The lady at the reception booked me in straight away, my stylist Melissa was having her lunch, left her lunch to fit me in straight away. I was taken to a private room so I'm comfortable as I wear a headscarf. Literally felt comfortable as soon as I walked in, from start to finish. My first time coming to Tony and guy and it was a really positive one. Will come back again soon. Thanks for the amazing treatment. I feel Fab! Xxx

I love coming to the Preston salon. Jo is my stylist, and she is amazing! She listens and advises on Hair decisions, also from hot chocolate or g&t and a massage while your hair is washed, it’s like a spa break!

With short hair if the cut isn't right you can't have a bit more cut off it's just a shorter wrong cut so you've got to sit it out for weeks
That's why I go to Chloe at Toni and Guy It's modern stylish and suits my little face The big plus is for however many weeks till the next cut it still suits my little face It gives me confidence and that's another plus

One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. Extremely choppy and hair is genuinely all different lengths at the bottom. Wouldn’t return!

I’ve visited Preston salon three times for a colour and cut the first time was with a lovely lady who recoloured my hair the cut by a second lady was some 2 inches shorter than expected but was actually lovely. Both ladies were style and colour directors, my second visit was with a standard colourist my colour didn’t take added to this a junior dried my hair, she had no idea how to blow dry, I then was asked to come back for free and have it coloured again, this time the colour did take but again a junior blew dry my hair putting so much product on it was limp and greasy looking in the afternoon. The more experienced ladies are fantastic and whilst I know everyone has to learn, I have had some of the worst results from this salon on more than one occasion. Totally in two minds if to try again as in order to get the right results you have to pay for the top colourist and stylist

I went in on a whim for a hair cut and got one for an hour later, the stylist, Melissa, chatted about my hair, asked what I wanted and after a wash and condition did exactly that!
