Came to Preston for the day and took the chance that someone could cut my hair. I'm verry happy I did. I found my stylist to be friendly and verry professional. She gave me an excellent cut, exactly what I wanted. I would have had it coloured but as I hadn't had a skin test your staff of course had to follow your companies protocol. Never mind. I was so happy with the service I was given I shall go to your Chester salon which is closer to my home, where I frequently visit to shop. Just a shame I found a stylist I liked too far from home. I thoroughly loved my (first!) experience at Toni and Guy. The whole experience felt luxurious and so relaxed. I felt in very safe hands with Chloe who was superb. The massage chair while I had my hair washed was amazing! I felt so pampered and well looked after and loved my hair cut. Thank you so much

Also excellent shampooing girl very gentle felt amazing having my hair washed. Products were excellent too. Great service best ever place to have your hair cut. So grateful to Katy who Coloured my hair yesterday. With being so dark and having my hair bleached so many times, Katy achieved the colour I’ve been trying to get for years in my first appointment with her. I love my hair colour ashy brown with umbre effect... It’s perfect! Thank you so much Katy! Great personality too!!

My Stylist Jo is absolutely excellent. She is the best hair washer, and stylist. I would have no hesitation recommending her for employment. She is totally professional, and would be an asset to any Salon.

Lauren has been brilliant , I hardly ever go to the hairdressers she has made me feel very welcome and somebody from a different salon did my hair wrong and she has helped me get to a stage that I like really grateful for her help.

***** cut my hair. No customer satisfaction or respect for what you want - it was more suited to what SHE thought would make her portfolio look good and not what I wanted as a style - she completely dismissed what I wanted and did whatever she wanted otherwise ‘I am not going to cut your hair’. Really disappointing? Never had that experience with a hairdresser anywhere else. Disappointed as this was my first time. Never again there.

Also I said I wanted a drink and they ‘forgot’. When she was arguing with me, she took my feedback sheet unfinished so that I couldn’t complete it. But luckily I can voice this completely despicable treatment over here.

Great hair cut, great service from Soraya an outstanding hairdresser.

A lovely cut - Michelle really listened to my thoughts about the shape of my hairstyle and suggested altering it slightly at the back. The result was perfect. All the best for the birth of your little one. I also had a treatment having filled up my card with stamps. This made a difference to the overall finish and my hair and scalp feel great even though the process of the treatment was just a tad too vigorous in my view.. overall I felt the experience offered good value especially with the free product used. Thank you very much.

Came for my cut and blow dry 6/1/18, long over due, and was amazed that the stylist (Jo) remembered my name! She did a wonderful job on my hair, and was lovely to talk to! Also, Hannah (the apprentice who washed my hair) deserves a mention for her friendliness and brilliant work. Would recommend to anyone!

I’be got new hair after chemotherapy and it’s now curly, unruly and I don’t know how to manage it. I had an appointment today with Joanne who cut it into a beautiful shape, gave me plenty of advice and left me feeling rejuvenated and hopeful that I will be able to manage my new hair. She’s a genius!

Perfect hair cut, didn’t take long at all, listened to me, really good conversation! I’ll be back, I’ve found my new hairdresser!!
