Had highlights with Katie and cut with Joanne. So impressed by the continuity of standards within this salon. I don’t always feel great but I can always rely on my hair not to let me down thanks to the talent of these people. Thankyou ???

Absolutely love the service and expertise. Hairdressers was friendly and knowledgeable whilst offering excellent hair advice and products. I was offered a hot drink and they even loaned me a phone charger which I'd asked for, overall a really relaxing and enjoyable experience ?

I really enjoy coming to Toni and Guy they’re really pleasant and welcoming. They always ask questions and are good at there job. I’m always happy with my hair.

Love having my hair done with jo, she always does an amazing job and is really great to chat with and have a giggle.

Colour with Katie is such a relaxing experience She never rushes me as I explain what I feel I need in my colour and she points out the possible and sometimes impossible in my ideas The end result is always a class act The salon experience is friendly and relaxing Thanks Katie and all at T&G

My stylist is the Best. She is always cheerful, smiling and welcoming. She is also a wonderful hairdresser and I am always happy with her work. It would not surprise me if one day she runs her own Salon

I am always welcomed by name and I certainly feel valued as a client. My stylist Chloe listens to what I ask for and even though I’m not sure myself what I want!!! she always seems to know. I find all staff at the salon very warm, friendly and professional

It was our first time with our 2 year old's hair cut. The staff was fantastic really took care of us and handled our 2 year old exceptionally well. Amazing hospitality would highly recommend.

I don't normally have blow dries my cut stands up for itself but I wanted to be sure my short hair looked good for 3 days and nights at the sea side without having to wash it Hotel rooms and mirrors and lugging your hair dryer with you is a pain
I had a pain free break as my hair stood up to pier and beach blast and blow a very steamy shower room and 3 nights of sleep on lumpy pillows
I didn't tell I'd had a blow dry everyone thought my edgy style was my own work Well it was my hair but thanks Joanne your work is amazing and you helped make my break amazing to and hassle free

From entering the salon to leaving it, I experience impecable service. Friendliness and professional teatment came as standard and was a credit to all concerned.

Staff are extremely friendly, interactive and honestly coming to Toni and Guy is the best decision I've made in so long because my hair has never felt as healthy as it does!!!!

I thought I'd save some money not having to travel into Preston from The Fylde
Well you know what thought did
Chloe didn't bat an eyelid well perhaps a rye smile but she turned my disaster into something manageable till my hair grows again I can sleep at night again ( like most women hair is my stress button) and have stopped hiding away with my wooly bob cap on
Lesson learnt you can't beat the best Dont try to mend what's not broken
After 20 yrs of happy hair at T&G here's to another 20

Emma is just brilliant. She's really friendly and chatty and cuts hair amazingly. Was recommended her and now can't imagine having anyone else cut my hair.

I've been coming every 8ish weeks now for years, with Amanda having always coloured my hair. She's recently started cutting it too and made me love a bob; something I never thought I'd say! She's fab! Would highly recommend!

Chloe did my hair amazingly well. I liked that she recapped the steps we planned before the actual cut. This told me that she paid attention and didn't hack off my hair, which has happened in other places. Thanks Chloe!

Molly was great - yet again! She advised me on my new colour change and did it quickly.
Emma covered for an ill colleague and was great. Slight style change and she was amazing.

Michelle at Toni and Guy Preston has been looking after my hair since May 2016 transforming a bad cut with ridiculously short layers (done at another salon when I was silly enough to leave Toni and Guy after 16 years - BIG mistake never to be repeated!!!) back to the longer style with longer layers which I want. She has worked magic over the time despite the restrictions placed on her as a result of the bad cut from elsewhere as I've had to wait for the layers to grow. However each time my hair has got better and better as she's been able to blend it in more and more and the layers have grown towards the best length they should be so I have always gone home with great looking hair. Today has been a particularly fab cut because we're nearly there and it's looking amazing. She is an outstanding stylist and very pleasant mannered and I would highly recommend. I always feel pampered and relaxed.

Wil NOT be using t&g ever again. They rang me when i allready parked the car to cancell my apointment, wich i made 3 weeks ago. Afther a lot off disgruntlement they said i could come in and it just went from bad to worse. So thanks T&G for spoiling the excitment of going to the wedding this afternoon

The service at Toni & Guy was incredible, it's expensive but I'll definitely be returning again as it's worth it and my hair looks and feels perfect!
