After my first bad haircut at this salon, I was invited back do they could make it up to me, I'm so happy I did go back Kim and the staff was so kind they made my hair look better than it has been for a long time, I'm so happy I changed my mind and went back to Heir in Lythem.

As usual a lovely hair experience! My stylist Natalie and all the staff are professional but very kind and friendly to all their clients going out of their way to make everyone happy! The salon is lovely too!!!

My hairdresser Natalie always provides hair colour and care to the highest standard. The condition of my hair has improved massively since being a Heir customer. Natalie had a lovely way with her and knows and does exactly what you ask for! Kim has also cut my hair and again excellent cut …just what I wanted. There is no pushing of products when you leave which is always a relief.! I Highly recommend this salon

I moved here 6 months ago. I never thought l would find a salon as good as the one l had down South for 17 years. I was wrong, l have. The staff are friendly and efficient. I have my hair coloured, cut and blow dryed by Kim. Natalie the owner, served me tea, coffee, water and collected my umbrella from the post office (what more could l ask for). Nothing is too much trouble.

As usual a relaxing time lovely efficient people great music drinks if wanted great service!!!!

Always meets my expectations

I 110% recommend Natalie. She has helped me through my hair journey & made me fall in love with my locks all over again!! It’s long, healthy and super shiny, all thanks to Natalie’s advice. She has impeccable knowledge & is professional from start to finish, always creating the exact colour & style I desire.

After trying to grow my hair through lockdown and having foils instead of full head bleach and tint , I decided enough was enough it all had to go !! so Nat worked her magic and brought me back to normal . Very happy with the results.

I always enjoy my appointment’s at Heir Salon. The staff are friendly and helpful, the service is very good and their Covid system is accordingly to government recommendations.
