My first time at Saks and I was lucky enough to get a cancellation appointment with the Principal Stylist, Sarah! My usual hair dressers had closed down so I was a little reluctant trying somewhere new. She was so friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. Really happy with the wavy blow dry finish. Oh and as I was a new customer I got it for £20 - bargain! I'll definitely be returning. Thank you! Natalie xx

I've been going to Saks Lytham since they opened. They continue to make me feel fabulous. I have never been as happy as I am right now with my hair. Bobbie Jay listens to me and as well as smashing my expectations she also gives me great advice and tips. I'd go every week if I could!

I had my hair cut and coloured by Sarah who always dies a lovely job and is always chatty and cheerful. I'm going to my daughters wedding in march so sarah suggested a wavy style to try which I did ( a new thing for me!) my husband and daughter both liked it. I always feel relaxed at Saks! ????

I had fantastic service from Steph today. Even though my usual colour has been discontinued she managed to mix up a perfect match to my usual colour. Steph always does exactly what I ask in terms of the cut & her blow dry technique leaves my hair shiny & bouncy for days! She is always so friendly & a real credit to your lovely salon.

What a fantastic team of apprentices you have! Nat and the team are fantastic. Nadia was great, very welcoming and tentative. Nat was overseeing the training and was very patient and explained everything in great detail.

First time at the salon. Was made to feel very relaxed. The hairdresser listened well to my needs and helped me choose the perfect colour. I went into Saks for the first time to try a new salon and had a full head of foils, a cut and finish. Kim did an absolutely amazing job and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I wasn't sure which colours my previous salon used but she recommended some great tones to use which worked perfectly for me. I was so happy with the outcome and the overall service and atmosphere of the salon. In addition to this, the price was extremely affordable and I will definitely be coming back!

After my old long term hairdresser left Lytham Saks I was in a dilemma as to who to let do my hair. This led me to not having revisited Saks Lytham for a couple of months, nor had I been anywhere else. With Christmas almost here, I was desperate for the full works on my long hair. After making enquiry through a friend, father of the Manager of Poulton Le Fylde Saks, I found d Sarah who now works at the Lytham salon. Still apprehensive on arrival, Sarah was very attentive and thorough before treatment and throughout, recommending a new colour application, and explaining each step in detail. The result is stunning. I am absolutely delighted! Sarah most certainly is an award winner in my eyes. A top stylist with a natural flair in creativity, an open mind to artistic and unconventional ideas, and precision, the finished result looks brilliant! Beautiful! Thank you Sarah! TJ

It was the first time I've been to Saks today and I had a lovely hair cut and finish. Tracy listened to how I wanted my hair done and advised and I'm really pleased with it! Everybody was friendly too.

At very short notice I got an appointment to have a full head low lights etc done.. The service was excellent I received great advice and the staff appeared to understand exactly what I was looking for while also giving sound advice. I absolutely love my hair and would recommend. I plan to go back anytime I'm down as I don't live local.

Spent a lovely Morning with Steph being brace and getting my Blonde Hair a little darker. She was very professional and attentive and i am delighted with the finished product. Thanks Steph.

Natalie has been my hairdresser for 10years and I followed her to Saks Lytham! Wouldn't consider changing, fantastic every time! Have used both Saks Lytham and Saks Poulton, both lovely salons Xx

I can't fault the staff at Saks Lytham - always so efficient and polite. Steph always does my hair exactly how I like it, she is an excellent hairdresser and is always lovely to chat to and catch up with. Can't recommend her enough!

Steph and sheldon are fabulous hair colourist and hair stylers, they did my hair and daughters hair gorgeously.

Today I had my hair done by Tracy. What can I say, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Coffee on arrival and my coat hung up. I had to bring my 6 week old baby with me as I'm breast feeding and I was quite nervous about this but the staff accommodated my needs and made me feel very comfortable. Tracy did a wonderful job of my hair and also made me feel a million dollars. Such a lovely easy going lady who made me feel very welcome. Thank you so much

I've been letting my hair grow for over 2 years now so was nervous about getting it cut and coloured. Sheldon was lovely and chatty and made me feel at ease and did a fantastic job in my hair. I look like a different person and feel much better!

After researching the salon i made an appointment to take my dyed black hair a few shades lighter with a balayage effect. The salon staff were excellent and did not make me any flase promises as i new it would be a tough process. After the first attempt my hair was much lighter and had a nice warm tone and i was surprise how well it had lifted. The staff were very friendly especially steph who did my hair and styled it lovley.

Exelent!! Customer service from Kim always have my hair done by her and wouldn't have anyone else doing it!very funny and good sense o humour don't know what she does with my hair Cz she talk to much!! But llouking g
