2nd visit to Kieran and really pleased with the cut and finish. Having had the same hairdresser for 12 years ( she retired) I tried several hairdressers to try and get the same style I’m happy with unfortunately no other stylist has managed this. Kieran really listened to what I wanted and was happy to look at photos of preferred style. Really happy with style. Thank you Kieran also he’s friendly, professional and a laugh?

I’ve been going to this salon for a while now and Tyla always does a great job colouring and styling my hair. I generally have foils but a couple of times have had more of a colour change and I’ve had a lot of compliments that it’s looking good. Thoroughly recommended.

Get lovely cut service very happy

Sadly, not a very good experience. The stylist applied the colour/foils and then had to get a junior to reapply it as she said it had dried up and not worked. The junior redid the top and one side but not the other. Then the toner was applied but this didn’t work either so the stylist went to seek advice from another stylist to find out what quantities to use for a second attempt at toning. The resulting colour was an awful blotchy mess of dark grey/blue areas, which the stylist also admitted didn’t look good! Then going into the cut, by which time I think we had both lost confidence. The stylist didn’t seem confident with the cut and rather than risk a disaster I opted to not let her take it too far so that I could get the whole thing sorted out properly later.
On payment, I said I wasn’t happy to pay for the colour, which I felt was fair as by the stylists own admission it was not satisfactory. I’m also very concerned that when I do manage to eventually wash the toner out the colour underneath may be awful too. However, I was told that they would only take the price of the toner off the overall price of the cut or try and wash it out again in the salon incurring even more time. After two attempts at colour and two attempts at toning I didn’t think a third go was appropriate so I paid and left. But I am really disappointed. I’ve been a long-standing customer since the salon opened and always been very happy with the standard of cut and colour. I would never withhold payment either. But this visit didn’t meet the usual standard of this salon. What a shame.

Anna is a lovely lady, we have a giggle when she does my hair. I’ve thick hair so it needs a good cut which she does, she makes great tea!

As always, an appointment at the salon doesn’t disappoint. I was able to get my appointment changed at the last minute and Steph made sure I could get my colour and cut when I wanted it. Lucy is lovely and did a fabulous job blow drying and curling my hair. Thank you so much.

Meg was super friendly and not judgemental of my poorly treated hair at all. She was professional in every way. She listened to everything I wanted and recreated exactly that. She did an amazing job getting my desired result,considering I had been chopping away at my own hair for years. I left with much healthier, shinier and amazing looking hair. Excellent cut from a talented stylist- just washed my hair and was able to duplicate the style (somewhat!) Doesn’t always happen that way?. Enjoyed the experience and looking forward to a return visit

Stylist didn't listen to what I asked for. She then proceeded to spend more time talking than cutting my hair - presumably to mask the fact that she was doing the bare minimum of styling. Came out very deflated and disappointed, with a haircut that was worse than when I went in - with random chunks cut away. I won't be using them again.

First time having my hair dyed in many years so my hair was fully natural colour, I was nervous & excited but Tyla was amazing!
