On visiting the Salon today I had my hair shampooed by Lauren who was so nice and friendly. It was one of the best head massages I've had too! I also noticed how Lauren kept herself busy when not shampooing by cleaning areas of the Salon and helping out other members of staff. What a credit she is to the Salon.

I had a dry cut today with Kieran and the whole experience was amazing. He took the time to discuss with me what I wanted, what would suit me and how best to cut my hair, and he really took note of all the little things I wanted. Professional and friendly experience, Kieran is very chatty making you feel very relaxed! He always manages to get excellent results with my difficult hair ! Went in with pretty good hair as I'm a regular, and the Salon is so good I never have " bad hair" days. But! Kietan gave me back the bounce and glossy shine it had been missing, and sorted out my roots ( thank heavens) he then cut it back into shape and blow dried it to create the volume and swing I love! Left feeling like I had the best hair on the planet...which is how I always feel after a visit to Stephanie Jones. Cannot recommend highly enough. Perfect place, Perfect hair.

I went into this lovely, welcoming salon feeling dull and walked out feeling a million dollars.
Nicki was incredibly thorough and knew what she was doing.
The colour turned out beautifully and the cut was excellent.
