Booked in for a wash blow dry and style for the morning of a friends wedding, Tyla went above and beyond as usual suggesting adding a toner during the washing process so that my blonde was refreshed. It was a great idea and I felt pampered for a lovely day .

So I arrived just after a powercut in ashby , I was greeted with a warm smile by everyone and was told everything would be ok ,with Meg doing my hair nothing was too much trouble and while my hair was developing halfway through the electricity came back on which had taken out the whole of ashby . The service was 5 star all the way through highly recommend the salon everyone is nice and they’re all genuinely happy to see you so if you want to visit a beautiful salon with amazing people go to Stephanie jones

Despite it being the hottest day of the year 19th July 2022 for my hair appointment at the salon you wouldn't have known. The staff and atmosphere was just the same as usual and the air conditioning did a perfect job without knowing it was there. Kieran is always so patient getting me gently into the perfect hair colour and l leave the salon well pleased with the results. I have now booked up to the end of the year and look forward to Nicky doing my hair next time

Birth myself and my 5 year old daughter came in first hair cuts. My daughter really struggles to sit still and needs to move her body constantly but Grace was absolute wonderful with her. All the patience in the world and knew just what to say to get her in the position she needed as well as games to keep her brain occupied so she would move less. She did a brilliant job of her curly hair too. I then had my hair cut and Grace was lovely and did a great job. I have very long hair and she ensured she did exactly what I wanted. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I did find the £28.50 price tag for a quick, dry trim on my long hair a bit much (especially when a complete cut and restyle of my daughter's hair which took longer was only £9.50) but the service was impeccable. Thank you!
