What an amazing service in these difficult times. Always there for help and advise. I've ordered shampoo & conditioner to help with dry hair, also spray for to colour my roots and both times I've received delivery the day after placing order. I would certainly recommend the salon.

From the moment I walked into the salon, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, which then continued for the duration of my visit. The whole team took their time to either smile, say hello or have a little chat with me which is not a common thing in salons these days. I had a lovely shampoo and head massage by Tyla, a fabulous blow dry and style by Abbey and a nice drink made by Lauren. The salon was extremely clean and although they were all busy when I was there, it seemed very well organised. I will definitely be back! Thank you again team SJ

Steph has done my hair for a number of years now. I find that she listens carefully to what I want to achieve in terms of both cut and colour and gives great advice, always taking into account the current colour (going grey), health of my hair and my busy lifestyle. This time going from one colour to a colour with some subtle highlights running through, as well as a couple of inches shorter. Going to the salon is a real treat that I look forward to; everyone is really friendly and professional. The choice of drinks and magazines both add to the experience! Given the number of accolades the salon has, the prices are so reasonable. In the past, I have paid £15-20 more for similar colours at a Saks salon and that was 15 years ago! Really lovely cut . Steph took her time and was a perfectionist which is great when only there for a dry cut. Was running a little behind but all staff were attentive and offered a drink etc. Steph was equally apologetic. Would definitely return. Salon felt really clean and modern.
