Just had another excellent hair appointment with Kieran at Stephanie Jones salon in Ashby. All the staff are professional, friendly and efficient, and their customer service is second to none. Kieran has been amazing whilst working with my hair,making sure that the sensitivity I have experienced with some products can be overcome. Fully confident that this team are able to cut snd style an amazing look for my hair.

I attended to have my roots touched up and a cut and blowdry. Kieran cut my hair just how I wanted it and the colour was great He was very chatty and friendly as was the young lady who shampooed....I think it was Meg. I am very happy with the results and the whole experience. .

Steph and Grace both did a brilliant job today. Grey all gone and a lovely cut and blow dry. Lovely salon where the staff are all friendly and welcoming.

I’m new here & I do usually go to Toni & guy in Chester, but now I’ve moved after a bit of research Stephanie Jones hair and beauty got recommended.
I came today, a bit nervous, always is when you’re new and walk into a new salon but here was so welcoming, friendly, clean & so nice.
Everyone was very friendly & kind. I had Kieran do my hair cut. I just needed it re styled again & he did amazing. He’s sorted my hair out & made me like my hair again! Which is massive as I hated my hair & didn’t think it was fixable! He was so kind & chatty, just what I needed.
Again massive thank you to Kieran for sorting my wig out & I look forward to my future hair cuts here!! xxxxxxxxx

Steph is an amazing hairdresser. I honestly can’t fault anything she does for me. From the minute you walk into the salon to the moment you leave is 5* service every step of the way ... I always leave the salon with my hair looking/feeling fabulous ... The rest of the team are also very nice and I would recommend this salon to anyone... xx

Sam was really friendly and explained everything she was doing and I would highly recommend her.

I was as pleased this time as I always am. Kieran pays particular attention to detail and my hair always feels amazing when I come out. The only issue I have is when the girls that rinse of the colour I wish they would try and remove the hair dye that is left on your hairline (forehead, ears etc) so that you don’t come out looking like you have a hairband on. Kieran is amazing couldn’t wish for anyone better after having Paula.

Abbey is the best hairdresser I have had.She is a credit to the salon,she has a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness.She knows her stuff and answers all hair related questions. I feel so much more confident when I leave the salon with my new haircut,worth every penny.
