This was my first visit to the salon and I was very happy with my experience. From the moment I arrived at the salon, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Danni was really friendly and chatty and she did an amazing job with my hair.
Overall a really good experience and I would highly recommend this salon.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I’m sorry to say that the haircut I had is not good. I’ve got fine curly hair and I think the inexperienced showed with the stylist as she hasn’t cut it well. I’ve given it a week or so to see if it improves but I literally have a bad hair day every day with this cut. I thought I would try a new salon as my one was closed, but wish I hadn’t now.

Bronte gave me a good cut and style. She is careful to ensure her client is happy with the result and always ensures she knows what you are looking for. We have a nice chat too.

Caitlin was really friendly and talked me through all my cut and styling options. She gave me some tips for styling at home and my hair looks great!

I had foil highlights and I am so happy with the colour and attention to detail by Caitlin. She has a great skill and talented colourist it has blended perfectly and looks so natural. I also had a very nice shampoo and massage by Menai who was incredibly professional and friendly. The training provided by KH is clearly working as it was a great experience, thank you!

Caitlin is a rising star! She totally got what I wanted and her attention to detail is just great. All the Covid measures are in place and the salon feels safe and comfortable. I’m so glad I found KH Hinckley.
