A big relief after lockdown to have my hair cut and Fliss was up to her usual standard

Bronte always manages to make my hair look at feel fantastic! So good at what she does. The other staff members are all friendly and helpful too. The salon is always very clean and I felt really safe during these strange times with covid!

Fliss was really lovely and cut my hair beautifully. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable as it was my first visit to the salon.

Due to the pandemic, my last appointment was mid December and I was desperate to get my hair restyled. I was not disappointed, Fliss did an excellent job, thank you.

Bronte was able to help me with my decision with advice for my hair type and desire for something easy to manage

I recently went to KH hair for highlights and a cut and blow dry , as usual I was really happy with the results and think Bronte did an amazing job the staff are always very kind and welcoming and I highly recommend this salon!

Danni is an amazing hair dresser. My hair cut was long overdue, and my hair was way to long. I showed Danni a previous picture of myself and said I wanted something like it again. Well.... it’s even better than before. I feel amazing and I’m so pleased with it. Thank you.

Lovely lady and does an amazing job

When I got the call to say that I can have an appointment, I was over the moon as my hair had become so incredibly thick during 4 months worth of growth during lockdown.

I went in and saw ***** and we spoke about what I wanted. I asked for a straight blunt cut all round as I wanted to keep the length that I managed to achieve. Now I've been going to ***** for months since Lizzie left and recommended her to myself and I had no problems until this day..

My hair was beautifully styled in waves which was lovely. However it wasn't until the next day when I washed it myself and noticed that my hair was all different lengths. I messaged ***** herself and she was so keen to get me in again to correct it. I went to this 2nd appointment and when she finished it looked as if she had corrected it for me. However once again 2 days later when I washed it myself I still noticed that both sides were completely unlevel and I felt devastated as that was the 2nd appointment I had with her and its still not straight.

She's never disappointed me before but unfortunately this time she did. Paying £45 for a hair cut is alot of money in my eyes and especially when your stylist doesn't cut it right to how you want it. It's knocked my confidence completely now as my hair was my shield of armour as I dont wear makeup.

I messaged her again to mention that I still wasn't happy and she will issue me a refund via cheque and cancel all future appointments due to her not receiving my requirements.

I was really looking forward to a much needed cut and blow dry Caitlin did a fab job thanks so much

Great service, such a pleasure to go to the Hinckley salon

Caitlin was great, took pride in her work and explained what she was doing and why along the way. Only downside was that she was a bit over cautious with the highlights and when I'm charged £117 I would have expected a more noticeable difference to when I walked in.

I always go to Danni for my hair. She listens to my ideas and encourages them whilst bringing some of her ideas to the table also. She asks me questions to help understand exactly what I want. She always does an amazing job! My hair was in such bad condition and danni managed to transform it and I absolutely love it! She is super talented and knows what she is doing. I will continue to stay with danni because of her expertise and her warmth of her personality. Thankyou!!!

Always love going to Caitlin because I trust that anything I ask will always be done with perfection. She takes such care and pride in what she does that you can tell she loves her job and enjoys a challenge, nothing is ever too much trouble and she gives excellent hair advice. She is genuinely a lovely person and makes the whole experience of getting your hair done enjoyable. From colour to cut she has really grown in confidence and skill.
I also want to add that everyone else in the salon is always so friendly and helpful :)
