First post lockdown hair appointment and what a belter it was! As always, professional, friendly and an amazing job done. Love the cut and colour and felt safe as houses! Thank you.

I have been going to this salon for years and it has never disappointed. Always welcome, kind and courteous, the staff make you feel very special. Fliss always produces a fantastic style for me despite my vague indications of what I would like.

Once again so lovely to see Bronte and experience a bit of a pamper in these strange times. Salon is so safe but still as welcoming and you feel very safe from start to finish. Thanks KH for thinking of customers before anyone else.

I always feel totally spoilt when I visit KH Hair and it was no different following lockdown. So much work has gone into making everyone feel safe and the staff have to be praised for continuing their amazing work whilst wearing all the PPE. I love the way Fliss cuts and styles my hair and It’s like visiting an old friend, lots of chat and laughs...can’t wait until my next visit

The salon did a fantastic job in terms of keeping to social distancing measures and protecting themselves and customers.Never felt unsafe. Plus Bronte did a wonderful job. Would recommend.

I was so happy with my experience , as Helen was able to get me an appointment at late notice ! Catlin was lovely and my colour was exactly what I wanted , she made me feel at complete ease as this was my first time back in a salon since lockdown . Bronte then did me a lovely cut and blow dry ! Super happy with it

First visit since lockdown and was feeling anxious. Salon is so well organised and I felt completely safe and looked after. Bronte made me feel like a new woman.

I thought that if any salon was going to be thoroughly abreast of the guidelines for good practice it would be KH Hinckley and I was not disappointed. I felt under the present restrictions they were doing an excellent job.

1st visit back after nearly 5 months, and it was a very welcoming experience, it was good to see Bronte and Helen (and see what colour Helen’s hair was ?) I was the only client, so it was a very safe environment, hand sanitizer at the door, and Bronte and Helen had visas and plastic aprons, there was Perspex between all of the sinks, I felt very safe, I had to wear a mask, but after a few minutes it felt ‘normal’ again.

Great to be back! I received a very warm and professional greeting from Helen. The salon was regularly sanitised and looked spotlessly clean, a very safe environment. Bronte as ever did an amazing job with my colour and hair cut, I felt like a new woman afterwards.

I have been a customer at Keith Hall’s for many years and am always struck by the professionalism of Helen and her team. Helen’s work in coaching her young trainees can be seen in the way they grow in confidence over time.

Fliss has been my stylist for many years now and it’s always such a joy to be seen by her. She is welcoming, professional and tames my difficult hair in ways no one else can. Despite the recent Covid difficulties, I found my salon experience at the weekend safe and well considered. Thank you Helen, Fliss and the team!

Great cut - again. Bronte is such a professional and I would always recommend her. She did a total restyle for me last year and has been brilliant every time.

Really lovely greeting when I arrived, Helen took time to chat with me and catch-up. I haven’t been in the salon since December but was made to feel like it had only been 5 minutes.
It was my first time having my hair done by Bronte and I was really pleased - I never really know what to have done and she offered recommendations. She finished the cut by curling my hair and I don’t think I’ve ever left a salon feeling quite so pleased with a hair cut. Next day, after washing and drying my hair still looks great, which I always think is the true sign of a good cut. I’m a very happy customer.

Great to be back in the salon, I have really missed my little pampering session. It was a bit different, given the circumstances, However the place is as Professional and friendly as ever. All the new procedures make you feel very safe. Fliss did an amazing job on my colour (she always does) and it was lovely to have a catch up with everyone. A good experience as normal, they always make you feel welcome and no different with the new rules in place. Danni has coloured and cut my hair regularly for many years and always does a lovely job and is always smiley.
