I had my had done my Jess today- it needed completely colour matching again due to a home box dye. Jess has completely transformed my hair making it look natural and perfectly toned. She gives great care to her clients and delivers exactly what you want ?

Can not fault mine and my daughters cuts at all, done to great standard. Only issue I have is for the price of a child’s cut and wash being over £20 The facilities lacked. No booster seat so was put up on towels but kept slipping down the seat when having hair washed and had to be moved onto the stylist stool when having cut again due to no booster seat. Could also do with a child’s gown.
Hi Laura, thank you for your feedback, without it we cannot improve. Sorry that a booster seat wasn't available when you and your daughter visited. The previous one had got a little tatty and had been thrown away. Ordering a replacement was an oversight on my part. I have ordered a new one, and a new child's gown. Love having my hair done by Joseph, he’s very attentive, always spends time making your hair look nice at the end, which is often overlooked, and I always love the cut and colour. Georgia was very friendly .she asked my what I was after with my hair ,It was very dry so she recommended a treatment to put some moisture back in and keep it straight , I was really pleased with the end result, my hair has never been so sleek , my sister had hers done later that day and her hair was lovely too . Would highly recommend the salon
