He explained what and why he was doing things, was very knowledgeable, and I felt confident I was in safe hands. I came out feeling 100% happier with my hair, and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! x

It was my first visit to Fox Hair Design today. The salon was clean and professional, and the staff welcoming. Joseph was highly professional and I felt comfortable in his abilities. He transformed my mop to a sleek style, which I love. Communication was excellent, with Joseph talking to me throughout the process, and also about aftercare and the products he used. Joseph is not only a personable young man but highly skilled and very professional. I have already made my next appointment!

First time there for years listened to exactly what i wanted lovely experience and value for money x

Trim seems OK, I like the length but am waiting to see how it holds up. I don't blow dry usually so am unsure of products to use. Colour is supposed to lift with the sun when I go on holiday so waiting to see. Although she said she'd clean up the dye ring around my forehead and sides it was not done, I'm trying to clean it myself bit it is pretty stubborn.

Excellent service, I feel really comfortable in the salon and happy with Joseph’s work.

Outstanding customer service from the moment I made my first call to the salon, until the moment I left. I arrived wanting a colour transformation. Georgia listened to my request, and gave excellent advice and guidance on how to bring the hair back to life. Highly recomend this lady, what a credit to the team she is....10/10

Joseph has made me feel Ten years younger The response when I got back home was Wow your hair looks great I have been to top named salons abroad and in England You will not better a stylist in Joseph
